The Walking Dead is an American monthly black and white comic published by Image Comics beginning in 2003. The comic was created by writer Robert Kirkman and artist Tony Moore (replaced by Charlie Adlard from issue #7 onward) and chronicles the travels of a group of people trying to survive in a world stricken by a zombie apocalypse.
Thus far the series has been divided into 6-issue story arcs, with issue #60 being the conclusion to the 10th story arc entitled, “Those Left Behind.”

Great series...draws deeply on Romero but all the characterization is original. I a really looking forward to the next few issues. This is one of the few series I own all of (Trades and issues). Also that Compendium came out last week with like half the series under one cover.

i saw the tpb at the comic shop today.
it was 60$ but damn i wanted it...
im torn because ive read them already,would i really go back and read the whole thing again

This series is so good that that might be a worthy investment.

i thought since they didn't go that route earlier they wouldn't do it at all. But still the atehim. Anyway how much meat could there be below the knees, it's just shin, feet and calf muscle. I guess those southerns miss their pigs feets so much.

They could build a wooden hut pack dale full of salt and and dry him out, also get some hickory wood and smoke him. The cured smoked meat could last for a long time.

But they would have to know that.

I think most of the extreme survivalist that do survive an event like this would have migrated to isolated areas and setup for the long term while the ignorant and unlucky got stuck everywhere else.
