When Eichhorst and crew assaulted Abraham's pawn shop (the batcave), Palmer went there later took everything in that shop to his place for study. Including Abraham's wife heart.
Also remember that Abraham once worked for Eldritch Palmer for years gathering and studying everything about vampires together.
Once the Master gave him the "White" he knew how to use it.

This show is full of buffonery. They should of put it on the sci-fi channel and saved money. It's just so damn silly. And that Zach nigga need to die, I was pumping my first when his mom was walking with him. I like take that lil nigga soul now! And of course she failed, the whole damn show failex
In every single show since 24 (Kim Bauer) BGOL picks somebody and do nothing but wish their characters death 
this show had so much potential. FX drops nothing but heat, great premise, great cast and ppl behind it with a great track record. But it very rarely hits the mark.

they really fucked up the first episode. The first episode made catching the strain very contagious because once you cut the vamps those worms would be out to get you, but now you have people fighting upclose to the vamps getting blood all over them and the worms aren't biting
Man I was coming in here to say the exact same thing. Fucking EPh stabs dude in the neck with a knife, there are worms on the Knife and yet Eph doesn't get infected.
The fact that is was so easy to be infected was what made the first season so cool. Now these things are just regular vampires.
The ghost of Rudy is looking down on this season and calling bullshit.

Why wernt the "elite" military killing machine soldiers using UV light to hunt and kill? Wouldnt that have been FAR more efficient? Not to mention the bio weapons Eph had been creating...
I gave up on this shit halfway thru seasons 2.
that preview of the vamp in the police station using herself as a bomb and blew herself up and got worms on all of the police looks crazy.
