If,you're talking about the book then the first two books were good,but that third one was garbage.....I struggled reading that dayum book.

I thought the TV series was going to be good,but I was totally wrong.It went downhill quick in the middle of the first season.
The only reason,why I stuck by it,because I was hoping it would get better and I was wrong about that also.
Welp, might as well go through this last season to make the previous ones worth the time.

The show has had its moments... the first season was tight to me. The problem is that now I'm sucked in and need to see the end.
Also the fact that all of us generally agree that the show sucks... yet we continue to watch it... has to be one of the funniest things going on this board.
I just wish all these ninjas would be this active in the fucking 12 monkeys and The 100 threads.
I'm going to keep pounding this issue until I can subconsciously get some of y'all into those threads especially 12 monkeys. Folks are SLEEPING.

I need to jump on that 12 monkeys series. Been hearing great things about it.
But The Strain was okay to me. It wasn't the best but... I'm not hard to please so that could be the reason.
Immediately jump on that series.... It constantly amazes us in that thread why more people from the board aren't watching that show.

Strain had no excuses to drop the ball like it did, the source material was solid and the money was there.
Shows like the Strain don't have the luxury of like say an Arrow to FIND itself.
You gotta KNOW what yo want to do early on and confidently.
Cause when the Strain WAS good?

One of my issues with The Strain,they stretch out the sub-plot that shouldn't be stretched out(same reason why I won't see TWD).
On top of that,Zach cared more about his dead mother than his dad that's alive...what kind of shit is that...I understand you're sad about your mom,but dayum you shit on your dad that's trying to help you out.He's light years worse than Anakin in the Star War prequels with that bullshit.
Then,they completely butchered the story from the book.I'm not saying do the exact thing,but at least make it good,if you're make up your own story.
It took them three seasons to finally have the vampires overrun the city....
They could of easily did a 6 month timeskip after season one and progressed with the storyline.
Why put that bad taste in your mouth first...
