Raptors aren't a desirable shoe like that. They're like fire reds or militaries. That's why they've had them at outlets for $130 as a and b grades.

And Olympics VI's and VII's were easily going for $250.

I noticed dudes in New York like to speak for New York, and don't realize we have an entire country.

Nike isn't killing the resell market at all, because part of that is buying up a lot of initial inventory to create a shortage and there's enough limited kicks that nothings changing. The resell market is half hype. I have to have these now, because everybody else will have them. They're flipping Galaxy Zoom Rookies for double their price. Nobody is sitting around waiting and praying for restocks, because you might miss the restock. They had a small restock of Olive IX's. They were gone in a couple of minutes.

Go and do a search on ebay for the amount of pink foams and black cement IV's. There's well over 1,000 listings for pink foams and that's before dudes online orders come in.

The resell market is fine and isn't going anywhere. It's a part of the sneaker culture now. Some people are fine making $50 on a sneaker.

Chicago niggas may not Re-Sale in the CHICAGO market, but I know for a fact Chicago niggas sale in every other market. I just bought my Motorboats from a Chicago nigga. Your HOH and JB store drops releases sometimes a month before any other place in America. Chicago niggas be cash'n in on that for real.

Again... I'm not speaking for the country. New York however undoubtedly is HUGE part of any market. Maybe I shouldn't have used such a general term. What I should have said is that I have seen the affects of restocks on the resell market. For one I've seen prices drop. Dudes that I personally know as resellers who were getting 50% on resell are now getting that $50 you speak of. Dudes that I knew were getting sneakers off like water in a desert are calling me asking if I know people that wear certain sizes. Dudes that I knew for a fact for killing the market now are having a hard time. Not just them, people they are affiliated with as well.

I've had dudes tell me personally especially on those 6's and 7's... "Damn Nike fucked me up on that restock."

i bought 2 pair of blk iv off ebay for 452$.

i will wear one & sell the other in a few months for top dollar.

jordans go for up to 450$, a few months after coming out!
