Yup. He took more orders than he could fulfill. It may be tricky getting cash back because they have a 30day window to file claims usually. Most of those orders were placed over that time frame.

Plus it's harder to give someone negative feedback these days, because they can do the same to you or get it deleted by ebay. I had that shit happen.

Message the seller and see if you can get them cheaper. I think ebay charges like 10% on the sale price to the seller and paypal is 4%. If you pay $350, the seller is paying $40 in fees.
See if you can arrange it where you go through Paypal instead of ebay. Some dudes will gladly do it if you include the 4% or come close.
Greene is cool. They moved the one downtown to a spot on broadway.

1. I never questioned anyone's knowledge of sneakers, I'm simply making reference to how retro J's and foamposites dominate this thread when there is so much other heat out there. Saucony had a solid line up this year so did New Balance but I bet only a few people in this thread fux wit either brand because they are not popular amongst the masses.
2. Maybe I'm confused about the purpose of this thread. Is it to show off your collection? Is it a meeting ground to make trades or sells? Is it to provide a source of information about release dates or sneaker spots?
3. I'm also from that golden era you talking about. I grew up on the south side of Chicago (ask shaddyville or any chicago native about terror town) when and where it wasn't safe to rock J's or starter jackets unless you had some type of pull in the streets so I get the nostalgia behind retro J's (even though they are a shittier version of the originals)
Bottom line I'm just calling it how I see it, but if you are of age and you know something about this here sneaker game/culture I'm not really talking to you about that hypebeast shit.

As for the quality yes the originals are way better than the versions today. I'm racking up on the re releases now because 5 to 8 yrs from now they will re release them again and at that point I don't need to buy them because I already have them.
Had I known about the first retros released 10 or so years ago shit I would not buy the shits coming out now.
