"The nae nae dance" have we discussed how gay this is?

Gay bashing was always wrong. People go overboard with their hate. Let gay people live. Anyone beating or bashing gays should be punished.

As far as turning people gay the biggest problem with that would be with young people or specifically children.

But the modern gay agenda goes far beyond stomping out gay bashing.

Gay musicians today may not be as open or prevalent possibly because the industry has changed so much. There could be a host of reasons as to why there are not as many openly gay musicians out today.

But that has nothing to do with the gay agenda of today. The prevalence of gay musicians in the past had little to no bearing or influence in pushing a gay agenda anywhere close to the way it is being pushed now.

That difference is pretty clear and distinct. There are no blurred or gray lines to confuse, muddy up or cloud the issue. Perhaps your limited definition or interpretation of what the gay agenda actually is and the size and effect of it's scope and influence or our differences in viewpoint may be confusing to you or hard to understand.

To me it's as clear as day.

then you should be able to communicate it:

What is the GAY AGENDA?

Where is being most effective? Music industry? Film and tv?

And based o what you know of it and how clear it is to you, can you make a prediction of something that is supposed to happen if it is not checked?

The gay agenda is not about turning people gay. It is about acceptance. That's fine to a degree but the agenda is being pushed way overboard now and they are exaggerating and pounding the issue into the ground.

The issue is not about effectiveness. It's overkill. It's over reaching.

As far as turning people gay the more normal the abnormal behavior is presented then the more opportunity there is for exploration especially by the weak minded or more easily influenced.

As far as what medium is most effective it is seeping into virtually all realms of life far beyond entertainment. It's bigger than that.

So as far as me communicating a specific or organized agenda with rules and bylaws there is no one single organized gay ruling body. There is a preponderance of gay influences on several fronts including politics, entertainment, sports, religion and even in some elementary school districts all in the name of political correctness.

It is a small community and sub culture making lots of noise and power moves into several different areas of mainstream society. Grouped together from several different fronts collectively that would make up what has been coined The Gay Agenda.

whats over reaching about it? I'm confused

There are lots of subcultures who make their presence felt in the mainstream.

The "mainstream" is made up of all the influences from the subcultures who from time to time show up in the larger culture for one reason or another.

There are plenty of other things in the "mainstream" of world culture that I consider far more dangerous than gay people. And it aint like I agree with everything gay people or transexuals, and all them say- but I'd rather disagree with a single point rather than arguing whether they should get to even talk at all.

As far as this dance- it's guys imitating girls for comedic effect. When Martin created the character we all thought it was funny as shit. And that was in the 90s. This shit coming back around is taking influence from everything before it.

Whenever men imitate women on the dance floor, it's funny. haha. laugh and lighten up.

I got about 2 min into the second video... All them boys are butt pirates. Fags to their core.

Dude :smh: I don't even feel like going into it.

It's obvious that you apparently do not believe there is a gay agenda which is exactly what I said earlier.

That's cool. If you think there is no gay agenda then fine. I believe there is a gay agenda.

And dudes dancing like chicks twerking and booty popping? Not cool in my book. Call me old fashioned and stuck up. I can't get with that. It aint cute to me but if you enjoy that then do you. If there is no gay agenda then do you.

But I get it. According to you everything is gravy. There IS no gay agenda. There IS no gay mafia. There IS no push into the mainstream of gay acceptance. There IS no forced recognition of the gay lifestyle.

Excuse me but a dance supposedly named after Shanaynay a male character in drag played on Martin's TV show is not the business.

But that's what's popping in the streets now? I can't roll with that. I will just remain in delusion with this imaginary non-existent gay agenda that has cropped up in the last few years or so.

yeah they were. Niggas were doing the tootsie roll, and fucking the floor, and popping their asses. Football team dudes at pep rallies. It was so common to see dudes vogueing who weren't gay.

It was a joke to see a man imitate a woman. I personally didn't do it, but it most certainly happened.

You guys can do your revisionist, "we were so hard back in the day" routine if ya want. I was right there with you.

And just the fact that sexually ambiguous guys even sold records and had people pay to see them AT ALL says a lot about what we watched and purchased back then. There is NO Black artist out today anywhere near the level of blatant femininity we witnessed back then.

A black artist like MJ would NEVER get signed in todays culture. All that would be talked about is how gay he is. Yet, Michael Jackson and Prince are two of the best artists we've ever had. And Marvin Gaye admits to having done gay shit- Richard Pryor too. Little Richard. Luther. Freddie Jackson. Should I keep going?

They just didn't dance around in scarves or whatever sets off your alarm these days. Paul Mooneys gay ass gets posted on here all the time, and y'all think his word is law.

 He just killed this thread.

and LMAO at straight men who are experts on the "gay agenda". Doing research papers and shit.

Yall looking real suspect. I'm sure there are better ways to use your free time (if your not a mo...)

Young men dancing like girls, it's planting seeds. I was at kroger and one kid said YUUUU and a few teen boys started doing this tinker bell boogie dance...smh?!

To my amazement was how the sistas were co-signing and applauding it!

I was done at the 4 min mark. When dude started twerking and booty poppin I couldn't take no more.

I hate to sound like Grampa Simpson or whatever but uh I can't get with the moist and effeminate tones embedded deep off into this "dance".

BTW I assume the skinny jean thing has officially taken over. I guess we going back to skin tight jeans like back in the 80s now and have made it official.

Oh well I digress.

The whole video was 4: and 8 seconds. So you watched the whole video :smh:

Man, the South been on those doo doo brown dances. Men have always done that shit from tootsie roll to squirrel to other seasonal dances that kids and some adults do. Always found it silly and suspect but was told I was not from there so therefore, I would not understand.

what america needs to do is, remember that shit yall did to disco? burning all those
disco records at that arena. That killed disco. You need to do that to this southern trap music bullshit. burn the cd's, burn hard drives containing em and burn the producers.

:lol::lol::yes::lol::lol:

:lol::lol:

i remember this vid & john wall @ all-star,

but had no clue as to what dance they were doing.

He's speaking abut the whole generation bro, not just your family

You speak of S curls- SOMEBODY had to have that, and somebodies granddaddy didn't like it. Well, the grandaddy of someone with an S curl probably didn't mind cuz the grandaddy probably had a perm when he was younger anyway. But he probably didn't remember all that and said something anyway, just like more of these dudes complaining in here probably had S-curls themselves back in the day:lol::lol::lol:

revisionists, I tell ya.

While I want to agree with everyone in this thread about how gay this dance looks, it ain't no gayer looking than a lot of the stuff we grew up doing. I'm from Atlanta, in my early 40's and use to dance in dance groups back in the late 80's and early 90's. We had numerous dances that looked suspect as hell. Hell, we had a dance called the sissy. The Wop, Tootsie Roll and numerous other dances were some suspect ass dances. As my man said earlier in this thread, their was no gayer generation than the 80's. All them Full Force, Ready for the World, Debarge looking niggas, that you could not tell if they were men or women was rampant. Grandmaster Flash and the furious five outfits, and niggas looking mad suspect. We just had no idea what it was. The dance is not gay, y'all just picked videos with a bunch of gay dudes doing it.

Just some more creative shit Atlanta kids came up with that has taken over. Hell all the dances we were doing in high school and that Yeek, shit we started ended up being used by all the dancing groups like TLC, and Puffy which made them huge artist. These niggas that got on the Apollo back in the day we used to battle at talent shows all around Atlanta, and some of those dances were real suspect. Did not make us gay, or affect our lives in any way. We were just having fun, and competing.

If the generation that WE ARE supposed to be raising is failing, that's a reflection of US gentlemen. Next time you speak on em, think about that first.

There is "hating" card and other techniques like "you mad because they brave enough to dance, I don't see you dancing" attitude has become rampant. There is no shaming technique that will work on my generation and the slightly younger ones

You're right :smh:

The dudes are more feminine and the women are more masculine.

Be a father to your sons men.

Was the wop gay? Or the mashed potato? Or the worm?

At some point when do we just let kids be kids?
