Exactly.... she is exactly where Phillip was with the Kimmy assignment. That and Martha are what broke him. Elizabeth just doesn’t see it but Phillip does.... it’s going to be interesting to see if Phillip can get her to see it.


My worry is that I now see a path where Phillip is going to end up dying when the show ends.

I don't think its going to be as simple as death for either of them

I keep thinking of their disillusionment in the storylines where their asset provided proof the Star Wars program that Regan wanted was impossible - but the Kremlin / Politburo still pushed ahead like it was real

In away I think they are telling the same story again - historically Gorbachev out maneuvered the hardliners and offers a real path to nuclear disarmament but this time it was the US leadership that refused to believe or act on the intel.
