I did the same thing as you when I started, Guess what
happened? I hurt my shoulder..bad. Had to take 6 months
off. Stay with a weight you can handle, master it
then move up 10 pounds
 
I have used kettlebells for a year. If you want to get fit. Start doing 15 kettlebell swings, then 14, 13, 12....then work your way to one. I promise you will see your bodyfat disappear. Thanks for the video.
