Steve Cotter - Extreme Kettlebells (If You Didn't Know...Now You Do)

The only thing that I am having trouble with are Kettlebell snatches. I keep smacking the shit out of my forearm. My technique sucks, but holding the inner part of the handle helps a bit. Anyone have any other advice for improving my technique? I do the practice high pulls before, but for some reason, I'm not getting my hand around fast enough.
