I caught him saying Doc Ock was just thrown in. Like Venom wasn't the last 20 minutes of the movie.
By who, Debbie Downer? He had no hoes in this movie. Peter didn't even show up to class and still pulled women. Flash had no hoes and it was Liz party. Lame flash 2.0
He only got on Peter's nerves. This Peter has friends and girlfriends. Uncle Ben was Peter's only friend with the OG spidey.
makes sense - Peter was a geek in the 60s - back then up to in the 80s they were shunned -
now because of tech etc- geek culture runs pop culture side by side with hip hop

Lol he had one friend and everybody thought they were lame. Of the two Flash has more potential to get women. And again we didn't even see what Flash does because it's Peter's movie... so to base Flash's pull off a movie where he's a bit player is dumb asf
Somewhat, but Peter still got Liz and MJ. With little effort..Couldn't be too much of a lame. Flash was only a nuisance. That's all I'm saying. That's why they eventually became best friends after school. Nobody liked the OG parker. I understand you have to move the movie along...Flash always was a douchebag but everybody liked him in school.
Saw it today. Really enjoyed it. Overall good film once again from Marvel. Not crazy if Michelle is the actual MJ we know. Having MJ be a smartass emo seems off. Maybe just dye her hair red and make her become popular and it would be more fitting of the Mary Jane Watson character.
You have to allow Flash to get to his coming of age. He is only a sophomore. He is not going to be a bully until he hits top dog status which will begin junior year and prevail throughout senior year. Also, allow for his growth spurt. His early age trolling, upper socioeconomic status, high end cars, leading parties by playing DJ, and jealous for Peter Parker will lead him to put hands and feet on Peter. Peter will just take Ls because he doesn't want anyone to know his identity.
And just happen to be at the church while Peter was getting rid of the symbiote. Praying cause he got fired
They(Sony) already said that neither Venom or Black Cat will be connected in any way,shape,or form to the MCU or Spider-Man in general

She is not that MJ she is Michelle Jones. Feige already stated that she is not Mary Jane and she does exist. It seems to be a retcon of Michele Gonzales she has the attitude but not the name.
Other than that, hands down The best Spider-Man flim.
Teen Spidey is better than emo Toby and Garfield.
Tech Spidey is cool.
Set up for Miles and the Sinister 6 was nice.
Young Aunt May makes more since than Grand Ma May.
Why does Peter's dead mother's sister have to be 2 generations older.
Only problem was the 8 years since Avengers threw me off. Had to google the time line, lol.

Makes sense, but not when you're already spiderman, saving the world, rolling with the avengers. Got the best spider suit, already got MJ, could of banged Liz, about to get Betty Brant. His life is too cool for school already. All I'm saying is that without powers he can kick this version of Flash ass. This Flash is lame
I dunno about getting mj just yet... she was a bit scatter brained and not really concerned with Peter in my opinion... Liz was checking for him but that it.
Flash got the money, the ride, bit of a class clown and he's a dj did he got all the parties on lock.

MJ was concerned. That look she gave him at the end. She gave him quite a few looks. Being in detention for no reason. She liked him, but she wasn't gonna let on that she did.
She sat in detention because she didn't have no friends...i think she said as much... And even still i dunno if that means she had it for the kid, but who knows

Hell they could re-cast Flash as a totally different person of middle eastern decent by the time he hits senior year. We all seen high school kids hit a growth spurt, get a lil muscle, facial hair, etc from year to year. Would play right into jokes about "damn you've changed" or puberty references.
Let's say they re-cast him as some model type or something, play that with the money the party dj and the smart mouth with half a brain he's this century's Flash easily
perfect example of them capturing the teen angst of todays millennials
I've wondered for years what Martin had against Spiderman 2. That whole video is funny as fuck. He was still wrong though. Spiderman 3 lost me when the Vemon meteorite just so happened to land 3 inches from Peter's bookbag. "Of all the Gin joints in all the world...." Biggest unexplained coincidence in movie history.
Yeah, but I doubt she sat in detention every day. Notice her reaction when he showed up at both parties (hid her excitement but saying or doing something to down play it). She was pretty much every where he was, when it came to school.
Also the way she questioned him, but then played it off like she didn't care.

I think even Zendaya herself had said Michelle is not MJ..im assuming theyll bring her in(or mention her at least) in the end credits scene for either the next film or the one afterwards(probably also bring Norman Osborn in as well)
All I'm saying is he is no threat to this movies Peter Parker
Ok quick review...on our way home.
Great movie.
Keaton wasn't playing, first 2 acts dude was in a completely separate movie. In the best way possible.
Which I would have paid to see.
That was a fully formed 3 dimensional villain
That car scene?
Just worked on so many levels.
My girl actually cheered for the vulture in that credit scene..
This kid IS spiderman...
Period.
My daughter was on the edge of her seat in the warehouse scene chanting spiderman get up!
The porn joke, the finger and the use of bullshit...wasn't necessary and not just cause I'm old.
The whole vibe was a throwback to the cartoons and comics.
Amd wouldn't have lost anything without that stuff.
Straight comedy...good tone.
A lot of buster keaton, ferris bueller was nice touch.

The ring.
Just the right amount of Tony Stark.
If Sony messes this partnership up shareholders should revolt.
That was NOT a Sony it was a MARVEL movie.
Not perfect but it did exactly what it was supposed to...
When the trailer only scenes were so great people were clamoring?
