It's pretty dumb Franklin just happend to wonder in his dad old black panther office, find an ugly ass junkie smoking rocks and he is just so impressed buy it, he finds out the recipe cooks up two bricks and is about to fuck his whole neighborhood up. what are the odds of that happening what if she was shooting heroin or eating mushrooms what he have decided to try and get that and sell it on his block?
This show is the best thing going right now, but it could use just a little bit more of realistic writing.

Is it me but at the end of the episode when Franklin came back to the car when they were passed out when showed them the crack and said this is our future he looked at his homeboy like yeah you're going to be the first one fucked up off this shit? it seemed like he gave him a weird stare.
I thought this episode was poorly written. He is in Oakland in the 80's just wandering around into crack houses? Then goes to a random dope spot solo flashing 2 kilos of powder? They could have introduced him to crack way more believable than that.
I know you all had High expectations (no pun) for this show, but it's just not that deep. Singleton had gotten soft over the years.
1st mistake they made was they marketed this show wrong.
2nd mistake the pacing is exposing how little substance the show has.
3rd we had been waiting so long for crack, that when it happened, it left us wanting.

So it's really based on freeway Rick? so I'm guessing eventually Franklin will get plugged in with Oso and the white boy CIA agent and the fine ass Mexican Oso fuckin. I watched a few Freeway Rick documentaries and he was right on the front line with a Columbian or Mexican CIA cocaine supplier who fucked him in the end.

Spanish and CIA parts of the show gotta step their game up...show uneven...got me thinking how good this shit would be if it just focused on Franklin and his evolution...I get why they are doing it this way...just wish the other parts could get a bit more exciting...Franklin uncle the smartest one there but even he gonna get sucked in by the idiots around him
