@SPIDERMAN.
I can’t quote you for some reason, but I will respond.
1. Brotha. I appreciate that you are stating facts, but context matters. Unfortunately, we all watched college football as well. For Colorado, two of the three wide receivers went in the 6th and 7th rounds. Ohio State had a 2025 1st round wide receiver (Egbuka), a projected 2026 1st/2nd rounder (Tate) and a generational talent/Freshman (Smith).
Texas, Oregon, US and Georgia all had higher rated groups.
I get it. He was arrogant, audibles at the line, was the reason that they never ran. But context matters.
2. See answer 1.
3. We can agree to disagree on the why. I tend to believe that they passed so much because the running game could never get going and threw all those quick outs due to the weak offensive line. The Offensive line was graded somewhere in the early 100s in the Country. But context matters. Maybe all those sacks (43 were due to Shedeur holding the ball too long)?
4. Yes - we agree on audibling. I simply choose to believe that the Oline was garbage and his receivers were not built for the offense. He needed big wide receivers that could muscle a slant or get off the jam. He didn’t have that.
5. Shedeur held ball too long. Agree. Why, I thought because he was trying to do too damn much. But it may be also because he felt that everything rested on his shoulders on offense.
6. We are going to see how everything works without him. I wish Deon the best and hate no brotha that’s made it to the NFL, regardless of rounds.
