I did some research on the different language software out there and I found this ratings site:
http://learn-spanish-software-review.toptenreviews.com/
They like The Rosetta Stone, but ranked Tell Me More Spanish as the best of the 10 they reviewed. Probably because it covered all aspects of learning a new language. So I decided to locate and download that one too. The files are RAR'd and there is no password. HOWEVER, the ISO file you end up with is large (almost 900MB) and will have to be burned to (and runs from) a DVD. No serials or cracks are needed for the install.

IMPORTANT=====>> I urge you to go to the website and read some of the instructions for this program as it is not easy to follow at first. Some of the complaints seem to be from people who did not fully read the instructions on the company website.
I agree that Tell Me More is probably the best and most complete tool out there. While I only used it for a few minutes, ike some of the folks on Amazon, I did not find it as easy as The Rosetta Stone. But it is much more complete and I was amazed at how easily it understood me when I spoke in the microphone. I would use Rosetta Stone first (or at least along with it) in order to get a very complete understanding of Spanish. Sorry, I only found the Spanish DVD. I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS IS LATIN AMERICAN OR SPAIN SPANISH. I think it may have mostly Spain with some Latin American in some lessons. But, here are the links:
