Unless you have a china or japan or korea town you might have a tad bit of difficulty on the herb front.
I'm sure there is a western herb equivalent but I have no clue what it is. If you have a reputable herb store in your area (not a gnc or vitaminshoppe) they might have better suggestions. Ask for the herbalist though. You don't want the kid on summer break giving you advice and going blind. Shoot Legacy or Bigirl a pm- they might know.

Been working in the Canadian National Defense building. The US has a liason office there. Three rooms right together. Not much, but the deputy chief has been wanting us out at 4:30pm each day. And we lost a day cause Monday was a civic holiday up here.
Hopefully we get done today, and I can enjoy my last day here. Saturday, I fly back to Baltimore.
