Thanks for this Izzy. No really thanks. You know why.Grief is like this massive wave OF. In your quiet moments, maybe don't fight it so hard. It rolls over you and you find a way to kick to the surface and then you take a breathe and keep stroking- not because you want to but because you have to.
If you have time, massages and aromatherapy are great for depression. You might cry on the table, but that's a great release.
I had to get one on one grief counseling to deal with some of my grief issues. It helped me a lot. I thought I was ok, but I wasn't.Don't be ashamed to get help sis.

I understand you completely...I told someone yesterday, I am much stronger than I thought. I know that there is a blessing behind all of this, so I am trying to just get myself mentally, spiritually & physically restored so I can move on with my life.
