wood flooring adds greatly to your homes value. i want to lay some throughout my house but that shit is expensive.

Yeah it does! crown molding as well, not greatly but def. a few dollars. The contractor did a pretty good job on my house, def blessed for the price I paid.

Yes you will love his shoes!! they are soooo comfy!! They can be a little pricey but the workmanship is top notch! You feel supported when you walk which makes it easier to go above 4inches...

lol, sugar you say? must be nice!

Thanks for not judging me I can say things sometimes and get the  face from friends - it's good to know I'm accepted here...lol

(Bottom first)

Aw never! Have you SEEN some of the comments I've made here? I in no way can judge the likes of others,.

 Sugar...

I looked but I didn't really see anything that I liked...and you weren't kidding on the price...I'd feel like attending some celeb party putting these things on . But I did like these:

Plus I can't do blisters and corns so I gotta spend a little more...

Wow. Gay? Come on Actin. I watch HGTV with a woman, how is that gay? She introduced it to me and I started watching with her, just like she watches sports and other (manly) stuff with me. Beyond that, that station has good information for people who own homes, or will in the future. There's nothing gay, suspect, or any other thing you can say about being informed on things like home ownership and how to maintain your shit. That's smart for a person to do.

I watch all the shoes u listed - when I was going through the homebuying process I stayed watching my 1st place like damn I'll be glad when I go to closing. I'm really into the decorarting shoes like Get it Sold (some of the simplest changes can make a big diff. and seeing Selling in Nyc just makes me jealous sometimes! Condos be on some next level stuff...

Word, those shows teach u so much! Help u to become a more informed buyer. They expose u to diff textures, design ideas etc. Nothing gay at all about watching those shows, def can appreciate a man with good taste!

Word. Here are 2 things I learned from watching that channel...

1. If you have a 30 year mortgage and make at least one extra payment each year, you can pay the whole thing off in about 19 years. That saves you 11 years of paying on the home.

2. When it comes to selling your place you should make it presentable, and create and atmosphere that potential buyers can see themselves in. Personal touches are fine while you're living there, but when you are ready to sell, you should keep it basic. Buyers won't want the place if they can't see themselves living there.

...Shit like this is useful to know before, and/or during your time as a home owner...

Hold up we may be talking about two different channels. For some reason I'm thinking you are talking about the shopping network last night *I was a bit distracted....*. You are talking about the HOME and Gardening channel. If that's the case, I peep game on there every now, and then. Mostly when I wanna get some ideas on the remodeling end. However, I would say this, if you look at that as one of your main sources of entertainment, there's something homo about that.... That network is reserved for when you want to do something nice to your house...once or twice a year....TOPS!

did you just find dem pumps?

LOL I love shoes.

my Amazon wish list has about three hundred pairs of shoes, about a thousand books, and about a hundred video games....

:D

I had found a site back that does shoes with nothing below a size 10...can't for the life of me remember what it was called...but I feel you. The quality of a shoe is VERY IMPORTANT - they start to slide, tilt, break open...I don't get that with some of my more expensive shoes.

Holmes on Homes.

I used to like Before and After before they took it off. We got some houses around the A right now that are going for dirt cheep and some of the stuff Mike be explaining would come in handy real quick. You know I found a house for about 20 grand, morgage payments abou t 150 a month - one hundred fifty -, decent neighborhood, nice amount of baths and bedrooms...but this place got one hell of a mold problem. I mean an entire wall look green. Before HonH I would probably say naw I'm not going to buy that shit but now I'd be hard pressed not to open the house up so now as long as the house got some good bones and a good layout I'd actually consider it.

Right. That's the one. Like I said they have good info on how to buy, sell, and maintain a home...

Do you know what is wrong with these pictures:

lb296ac42-m4x.jpg

lb296ac42-m7x.jpg

the first pic there is no way you can get a good squat on that toilet you are going to have to hang you leg over the tub.

the second pic looks normal to me. the tile work is nice i would have choose a better sink base and a better faucet.

We so are not looking at the same things :roflmao:

and why is the ground tiles on the countertop in the second

not unusual here in the states. they do it to give a better look without having the pay the full cost of granite and marble slabs. the 16x16 are a little large they should have kept to the 12x12
