"Rampage" Jackson's son Raja beats the brakes and rotors off a CAC

Welcome to prison :smh:

You know prosecutors are slowly building a case.

They just have to figure out how to work this with it being a scripted wrestling event that turned real.

It's going to be tricky though.

If the victim doesn't wish to press charges I don't think they'd have much of a case even with video evidence.

I don't think he'll end up testifying for two reasons.

One, he's an independent wrestler who probably makes very little money so I expect he'd be open to settling this financially for mid five figures (if Rampage is willing and able to pay it) since Raja hasn't made any money in his career from what I can tell so suing him would be pointless.

Two, even though he was clearly assaulted and wronged he would still be penalized by the wrestling community if he were to press charges.

This case would be too high profile and it would make it impossible for him to wrestle as someone who is a threat while being more known as a victim in a very public criminal case.

Additionally, the small wrestling promotion would also be at fault which means he'd have to go after them as well and that would mean he'd be ostracized in that field and unable to find work at that or any other promotions.

It's not fair but I think that's his reality.

Very good points.

It will be interesting for sure to see how this one turns out.

I agree that Rampage is going to be 6 figures lighter after it's all said and done.

Rampage might even lose some of his deals because of what happened because he is so closely tied to his son with all that streaming.

Every video I've seen of Rampage and his son has been embarrassing imo. Rampage seems like a fun guy to hang with but not somebody who should be raising or influencing kids in any way, shape or form.

Are you referring to Rampage’s son? The son will be six figures lighter—if he even has that type of money. Why is the father involved in this? His son is an adult and responsible for his own actions.

I think he means that since his son most likely doesn't have it Rampage would be the only one who could possibly agree to pay him off.

But legally speaking there's absolutely no way Rampage could be liable for this.
