"Rampage" Jackson's son Raja beats the brakes and rotors off a CAC

Welcome to prison :smh:

You know prosecutors are slowly building a case.

They just have to figure out how to work this with it being a scripted wrestling event that turned real.

It's going to be tricky though.

If the victim doesn't wish to press charges I don't think they'd have much of a case even with video evidence.

I don't think he'll end up testifying for two reasons.

One, he's an independent wrestler who probably makes very little money so I expect he'd be open to settling this financially for mid five figures (if Rampage is willing and able to pay it) since Raja hasn't made any money in his career from what I can tell so suing him would be pointless.

Two, even though he was clearly assaulted and wronged he would still be penalized by the wrestling community if he were to press charges.

This case would be too high profile and it would make it impossible for him to wrestle as someone who is a threat while being more known as a victim in a very public criminal case.

Additionally, the small wrestling promotion would also be at fault which means he'd have to go after them as well and that would mean he'd be ostracized in that field and unable to find work at that or any other promotions.

It's not fair but I think that's his reality.

Very good points.

It will be interesting for sure to see how this one turns out.

I agree that Rampage is going to be 6 figures lighter after it's all said and done.

Rampage might even lose some of his deals because of what happened because he is so closely tied to his son with all that streaming.

Are you referring to Rampage’s son? The son will be six figures lighter—if he even has that type of money. Why is the father involved in this? His son is an adult and responsible for his own actions.

I think he means that since his son most likely doesn't have it Rampage would be the only one who could possibly agree to pay him off.

But legally speaking there's absolutely no way Rampage could be liable for this.

If the roles were reversed then you know the rest.

Crazy how people showing their true colors for this CAC but that dumb ass is the same one who smashed a beer can on his son's head.

While I'm not condoning his actions, I'm not gonna wish the worst for his son.

BGOL Wrestling Heads

What is the story here?
This CAC indie wrestler was talking mad shit to Rampage son smashing a beer can on his head.

Moments later that CAC wrestler had a match that night when rampage jackson son lifted him up threw him down and started swinging on him UFC style inflicting damage that he's now in the hospital fighting for his life. A lot of people said rampage jackson son wasn't supposed to do that nor get in that wrestling ring.

Rampage Jackson has apologized for his son's actions and hoping that indie wrestler pulls through.

People are saying that they could throw the book at rampage son for his actions towards that wrestler.

According to Solomonster, the wrestler hit Raja over the head, thinking he was a wrestler.

That sounds like bullshit because EVERYTHING in wrestling is planned, and it's wrestling etiquette to ask your opponent if you can do a move or spot to them before doing it.

No wrestler is just going to walk up to another and hit them with an object (gimmicked or not) without them knowing what is going on. That CAC earned his receipt.

Exactly, but some people on this thread giving sympathy to that CAC to say Rampage Jacskon son was wrong for what he did but the CAC started it the moment he smash that beer can on rampage jackson sons head.

Every video I've seen of Rampage and his son has been embarrassing imo. Rampage seems like a fun guy to hang with but not somebody who should be raising or influencing kids in any way, shape or form.

The best statement he's made was the one obviously written by someone else

Dude didn't act when he did it. He didn't even react from the can like it hurt. It was more like a prank. The only thing hurt was his e-feelings, because he was worried about what his "chat" would think.

They even shook hands, squashing things and dude said my bad.

He reacted moments later for his chat from fucking behind.

There's no way you two can defend that shit.
