so we're suppose to ignore the fact that he started crying at the end though?

He didn't overstep anything. The idiot opened the door. Apparently he doesn't know that they can come in after you open the door. Especially if they see something. That's like saying you won't open your car door when you have a gun in plain sight. Basically, don't open the door, talk to them from inside the house of through the window, while keeping the blinds shut. If they see ANYTHING wrong, they can force their way in and use that as an excuse. If they were wrong about what they saw, you can sue. That's the game.
You still have to grant them permission to enter. You can leave your doors open all day and night, but that doesn't give anyone the right to enter your residence.
what makes it look even more ridiculous is that he could have let the officer cuff him and he could have asked him why he was being arrested outside the house...
i've seen cops treat people far worse for resisting arrest

Cops need one of three things to enter your home:
Resident's permission
Warrant- search warrant or an arrest warrant(and the cop knows defendant is inside)
Exigent circumstances- imminent danger like someone yelling "help" or a suspect running into a house.

White cops know laws don't apply to them. Laws don't apply to most whites when it comes to a black person, especially if they're young.
The End ...
