Police Officer Over Steps His Boundaries As He Walks Into Mans House & Arrests. WTF!

Re: Police Officer Over Steps His Boundaries As He Walks Into Mans House & Arrests. W

No you dont lol...If you leave the door open, they can waltz their way in.

This is the second day straight you've said some stupid shit regarding the law. :hmm:

Mofos always display their ignorance on bgol..

He as a civilian wouldn't waltz in someone's home without the threat of getting his head blown off so what makes him think the police would do so? Just on officer safety they are not entering a residence without some sort of confirmation that there are no bombs or guns in the house.

he didn't overstep anything. The idiot opened the door. Apparently he doesn't know that they can come in after you open the door. Especially if they see something. That's like saying you won't open your car door when you have a gun in plain sight. Basically, don't open the door, talk to them from inside the house of through the window, while keeping the blinds shut. If they see anything wrong, they can force their way in and use that as an excuse. If they were wrong about what they saw, you can sue. That's the game.

bump!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When the Police knock on your door,
DO NOT open the Fcuking door, DON'T even answer the door, fuck'em.
If you know you don't have any warrant's then fcuk'em.

Follow this one fcuking rule and you'll avoid situations like this.

No, i'm saying they can come in within reason. If they smell weed, see a weapon in "plain sight", smell alcohol, see someone injured inside you residence and "MORE".

You're the one displaying your ignorance, sir. I'll quadruple dare you to do that when a cop enters your residency because of something they noticed or smell. You'll be in jail for the rest of your life lol. Some of my friends are cops and i converse with lawyers on a regular basis, sir. I understand that you have "rights", or at least you think you have "rights", but this whole system is a GAME. Cops have the upper hand on you regardless of if you'll like to acknowledge it or not. They CAN enter your residence based on the fact that they SMELL mary jane. Hell, they can enter your residency if you leave a kitchen knife in plain sight while your GF is sleeping on the couch. Point of the matter is, THEY CAN ENTER YOUR RESIDENCE IF YOU LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN ENOUGH FOR THEM TO SEE SOMETHING TO PICK ON. Same way idiots waive all their rights after a cop ask "do you mind stepping out for a sec", "Do you mind if i look around", "Do you know why i pulled you over", "Do you mind if i look around your trunk". The answer to all of that should be "I DO NOT CONSENT", Don't say NO, say "I DO NOT CONSENT". Say it as calmly as possible and be courteous.

He is 100% correct. Officers lie ALL the time!! They will say anything to justify why they entered your home!! All they have to say is I saw something suspicious while the door was open and then they are within their rights to enter your home without a consent.

Exactly, someone else with a brain. If you try to stop them, that will just escalate the issue and get you thrown in jail.

Don't get it twisted, not all cops know the law either and from my past experiences everything comment said was right but y'all in his ass like he don't know what he talkin about.

Shit has to stop!! And we have to make it stop!

- this incident always confused me because his neighbors seemed more racist than anything but nobody said anything about it

how do you not know henry louis gates lives in that house?

SirCaC is back in full force I see.

:smh::smh:

more cats that live on planet BGOL and not in the real world...

here is a chance for you to learn something: if a cop comes to your house, and you get into a shoving match with your front door with them, when they get inside they will more than likely try to detain you because you seem suspicious.

how many episodes of COPS have you seen where they are talking to people in their living room? how many times have you seen people talking to cops in real life in their living rooms?

stop being dramatic and letting youtube video titles make your mind up on situations before you think it through for yourself.

america is definitely moving more toward a police state - but this is a bad example :hmm:

Re: Police Officer Over Steps His Boundaries As He Walks Into Mans House & Arrests. W

- basically everything people have been saying in this thread

bottom line is that ole buddy was trying to keep the officer out of his house by force, that's enough to detain him if anything - being detained does not = arrest.

all that theatrical bullshit he was doing is what got him arrested: battery of a police officer, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

all of which can be seen in the video. this is really a non-story :smh:

Exactly.. the cop said he smelled weed walking up to the house, the guy denied he had any. The cops said they didn't find any and then it was revealed they didn't search the house.

Well, he must be a cop that actually follows the rules. Most of them don't. They just look for something to use to enter your premises. It's sad, but it is what it is.

Exactly. You make things worse on yourself if you listen to some people in the thread. Trying to use force will only land you on jail and make them find a whole bunch of shit that they wouldn't have found before.
