Do you have evidence that teams play better without him or when hes left? Were the Nuggets better after he was traded? Have the knicks been proven to play better when he doesnt play? When Lebron got Bosh, Wade, and himself to be free agents at the same time, Melo had the same opportunity, but dude wanted that guaranteed contract from Denver. Then he demands a trade to the Knicks that guts the team. Then while the ship be sinking, he reups and gets a no-trade clause to prove he's committed. That no-trade became the noose around his neck and his brand. Now he can get paid on a loser team, or look like a ring-chaser by dropping your no-trade and hoping to go to a contender.

Phil on the other hand, this idiot gives Melo a no-trade when he didn't have to, and then continues to bash his best player driving down his value on the trade market, because everyone knows you have to get rid of him.

Is Dragic forced to run an outdated offense without the proper personnel which doesn't fit his skill set? Has Dragic had to deal with his GM basically undermining him?

Still haven't answered my other question though... What evidence is their to support that: His former team was better when he left, and his current team plays better when he's not on the court...
