I seen this on Facebook, a lot black women were saying both and I was like why is he getting blamed? He video it for a reason because he knows she's full of drama. All she had to do is give him his kid and bounce.

Yes it is. McDonalds (with the jungle gym) is the unofficial kid exchange, but you can pay a business that does it as well. One drop off at one time and the other arrives thirty minutes later...
