This sounds like what happened to me. I gave up smoking squares after about 35 years in 2013 and switched to vapes. In 2020, we moved to a 2nd story condo and I was feeling out of breath going up and down the stairs with our boxes and stuff. It was at the start of Covid, and I called my doc to arrange for a test to check to see if that was the cause. I went to a drive thru site and my SpO2 level was in the mid 80s. They brought me inside the clinic and took chest x-rays, and they showed that I had a collapsed left lung. I stopped vaping immediately and haven't had any more respiratory issues since.

Damn man - glad to hear you went cold turkey on vaping, and are doing better health-wise now.

Michelle Hempstead, 34, was feeding the pair at her flat on July 29, 2024 when the larger dog, Trigg, caught her upper left arm and an artery, while snapping at the smaller dog, Pom, a hearing in Chelmsford was told on Monday.
Essex senior coroner Lincoln Brookes said Pom 'had a go at Trigg' during the attack in Southend, Essex and Trigg 'did go to bite him or snap at him, and this is a big dog with big jaws'.
He said he accepted Pom and Trigg were 'quite well behaved' and Trigg was 'an otherwise gentle giant'.
Bystanders rushed to give Ms Hempstead first aid after hearing her screams. She was then taken to hospital but died the next day at the Royal London Hospital following traumatic blood loss which led to multiple organ failure.
Her then partner, Samuel West, told the hearing that Ms Hempstead had bought McDonald's food and 'had her box of, I think, 20 nuggets'.
'She liked to throw them up in the air and the little one, Pom, was going for the big one, not aggressively but he used to growl and snap when he wanted to get the nugget first,' he said.

In explosive court documents filed in federal court in Manhattan, the billionaire tech entrepreneur claims French designer Remi Tessier 'brazenly exploited' their 10-year working relationship by supplying fake luxury goods and inflating prices on items by 10 to 20 percent, as part of a 'pattern of predation'.
Koum, 48, accuses Tessier of charging him eye-watering markups for upscale home furnishings and goods, including €19,550 ($22,800) for a luxury chair which would have cost €12,400 ($14,500) - an 81 percent hike.
He claims he was also charged €1,731 ($2,027.67) for an 84-piece set of glassware that was actually worth €1,079.84 ($1,264.98).
Tessier also allegedly supplied cheap or knock-off versions of items, such as a set of pashmina carpets for €642,000 ($751,000) which turned out to be 'fakes' made of 'cheap synthetic materials' that were worth half the price.
Koum accuses the Paris-based designer to the ultra-rich of keeping him in the dark during the process and turning their decade-long relationship into a 'brazen, sprawling fraud.'
He says he also plans to bring a criminal fraud case against Tessier in France.
The court documents seek 'evidence for use in a foreign preceding' to find information from the American merchants involved.
