carlton - game show host and occasional tv director..directly after fresh prince he teamed up with another rapper LL cool J for his sitcom (that was back when they were throwing shows at rappers and R&B singers)
ashley - struggles to get roles like any other actress and she keeps releasing albums no one wants to hear

aunt viv 2 - guest spots here and there

Now I get why he said that...the show was created for HIM..he was still coming out of bankruptcy having fucked up all his rap money and he didn't want to blow what he had by playing hardball with the network and he certainly wasn't going to take a pay cut for the rest of the cast to get a bump (which is what the Friends cast did.) but that speaks to why you rarely see true black unity because theres always going to be someone who has their own agenda who only pay lip service to that while still working behind the scenes for themselves.
