From what i saw from the video that bought the penthouse of the building for 175k and put 450k in renovations... so since it was a building and The bought penthouse.. I'm assuming this is basically a condo. And where there Condos there's HOA/ maintenance fees.
But I could be wrong....

It is a good start but the problems of what we're dealing with today is not at the chief's or mayor's level. Hopefully they can both inject new policies and mindsets. But the problem with these shootings/murders is more about incompetence, prejudices, and fear. You cannot perform your duties objectively as an officer from a position of fear.
I hope they succeed.
