Carol Channing was well known for her performances on Broadway, film and television. She was a Comedian, Actress and Singer. Did you know Carol passed for white? At the age of 16, Carol learned her paternal grandmother was a black woman. Carol Channing publicly revealed her African-American ancestry in 2002.
