Orlando backing off filing charges

looks like this was a tactic tried the same thing with shaq
I know cats wanna say so what if he met during the lock out but peep it. Before the lockout ended Allen Houston a Knicks exec was at the duke event and an nba free agent showed up who might interest the Knicks, according to reports he darted out of the arena because even in a lockout u aren't allowed contact. Even at a public event u cannot have contact. So if it's proven proky even said hello in Russia that's tampering.

Y! Free Agent-Trade Buzz: Nets preparing huge offer for Nene Friday, reports swirling of tampering with Dwight Howard.
According to David aldridge the nets offer is not interesting to the magic and they will trade Howard to where they want
I was wondering too what exactly the Nets have to offer for Dwight?

Magic consider tampering charges … against the Lakers … in 1996. (via @eLonePB): bit.ly/rqaID4
It's in the NBA rule book. All trades are subject to approval by the league I.E. the commissioner, that's not a myth. Instead of pretending to clown people you should actually go look it up.

gonna go meet proky holla at you later
Either you are joking... or you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.... or how to read...
Of course they are SUBJECT to approval by the League (not David Stern acting unilaterally) because like I said, they must fall under the NBA rules and guidelines... this is a review process... not an opportunity for David Stern to block trades he doesn't "like"
...come on bruh... think about it... if David Stern had that kind of power why would they need a CBA?think man think... Why lose money and fans in a lockout?? He would just manipulate the league as he sees fit... end of story... and tell everybody get back to work
:
wow...how the game has changed man... this is the time to be a decent big man..
Nets Close To Signing Nene, Offering Four-Year Deal Between $60M-$65M
this is why there was no fucking point for the lockout
my whole argument was why punish the players and set caps and set all of these guidelines and max money and all of this shit against the players for no fucking reason at all
the players don't sign themselves
the owners hire gm's to broker the deals and they want to punish the players cause the people they hired are horrible at their jobs
this is the prime example
you have the lockout
you win everything (as an owner)
and the first thing you do is offer $65 million dollars to a pretty good big man who is NOT a franchise player and has a history of knee problems as well as bouts with cancer
so what was the point of the lockout if you're gonna spend the money just as fucking stupid as you did before?
Hell the Knicks about to break Chandler off w/ $20M a year the next four years...
