The nets do a lot of info leaking.... pretty bush league. But even if that's the case, they will still see Howard traded elsewhere and have to hope it isn't to a team he likes. Orlando could hold him in until the last possible second of the deadline in march so he can't be re traded to the nets. Nets need to sweeten that deal, brook Lopez seriously ain't enough a player of that caliber from a talent standpoint.

Of course they are SUBJECT to approval by the League (not David Stern acting unilaterally) because like I said, they must fall under the NBA rules and guidelines... this is a review process... not an opportunity for David Stern to block trades he doesn't "like"

my whole argument was why punish the players and set caps and set all of these guidelines and max money and all of this shit against the players for no fucking reason at all

the owners hire gm's to broker the deals and they want to punish the players cause the people they hired are horrible at their jobs
