Henderson...who's actually a UFC to Strikeforce back to UFC fighter so I guess it doesn't count..plus Shogun did a lil something in that fight. Shit A.O. is barely a Strikeforce fighter. He fought there about twice every 3 years seems like.

Brock was all hype from the start...he got into MMA for the bread...he did the same with the NFL & WWE

he is no fighter...the way Cain had him running I knew he would get crush by Reem or JDS...

Pretty much how I expected the fight to end, Lesnar being dominated in striking.

anyone that watched the tape on overeem knew that this is what was going to happen.

as my girl and i watched this i told her that the white boy is going down due to knees and that he would retire after the fight.

i agree. he shouldn't have come back IMHO. But i picked overeem to win (and won a few dollars in the process:dance::dance:) from the beginning. Brock has issues with strikers. carwin gave him hell, velasquez beat him. he's just a bull in a china shop and he never really looked comfortable out there tonight. he looked timid. when he seen his takedown wasn't working, you could see it in his face that he knew it would be a LONG night...

Overeem I believe will beat JDS. JDS has never fought anybody like him. Overeem has come a long way since his Pride days. He went from getting beat up by Shogun, Liddell, and Arona to KO Brett Rogers, Vitor Belfort, Todd Duffee, and beating Werdum.

He has a better record than JDS.

Yea he beat Mir because Mir did not have confidence in his self. The nigga could not put Heath Herring away. He out weighed Randy by like 70 lbs and still struggled until he got that big elbo that would have droped anyone.

What's crazy is he has never been knocked out cold..he really should be coming at dudes face first like the Diaz brothers, but he is just really uncomfortable getting punched in the face. Some people are just built that way. When I'm training I get the shit knocked out of me by dudes 30lbs bigger and the extreme pain doesn't set in until the bell rings. Brock's big ass should be damn near invincible on adrenaline.

overeem is about to dominate for a long time now...he should have a good chin from all those k-1 and pride fights, plus his stand up game definitely gained from it. as long as he can block the shoot to takedowns, he will be fine and be a problem for the heavy weight division for the foreseeable future

i don't think brock has ever been hit, REALLY HIT by someone his own size until just recently. you try that bull rush shit on the wrong person and you will need partials for your grill...

Silva all day...shit Machida won the first round striking against Bones...by the time Jones realizes that he needs to tighten up on the striking and try to take it to the ground for some elbows in the second round he would already be knocked out.
