He isn't stuffing Brock's takedown. In reality these two aren't even in the same weight class. Shane and Brock are legit super-heavies and Cain is just a heavy. If this was those 160-180 pound cats they would be bitching and crying about the weight difference. These two cats probably beat Mir out the division. He says he doesn't think he has the frame to be fighting them and is talking 205.
We see how brock dismantles cats that aren't true super-heavies. Once he dismantles Cain I hope they do Shane/Brock 2. A lot of these cats will end up fighting 205 fucking around with Brock and shane.
I think Shane takes a rematch against Brock. He should just one-two Brock all night and stuff takedowns(which he seems to be able to do when fresh). Brock wants none of his power.

I don't think he hurt him as bad as it looked. That uppercut touched him nice and that knee, but that was it. He went down not because he was hurt. He was covering up. Those ground shots were hard, but there weren't hurting him. He was biding his time for Shane to gas or mess up and soon as he did, he capitalized on it.

Man I know what that is like. I got into a fight with a Mexican when I was 17 and I was 20-30 lbs and 5 inches taller and I beat the shit out that nigga and he kept getting up. On Sherdog, they were talking about Cro Cop fighting Shane Carwin. I don't know man, Carwin showed bad cardio. He came out explosive but he wasted all of his energy. It appeared he could have beaten Brock but his cardio sucked.

Finally saw a clip of the fight, it was close but Brock did just enough to avoid a ref stoppage. Carwin did wreck him pretty badly though.

I thought it was a really good card. Not quite UFC 116 great, but still very enjoyable. DREAM is no more fixed than any other MMA promotion. Let's not pretend there hasn't been "interesting" decisions in many recent UFC matches, for example. 
I especially enjoyed the Aoki, Moussasi, and Nakamura bouts.

Man please. You can't compare anything in American MMA to Japanese MMA. Read the PRIDE book. Yakuza was heavy in that shit why do you think they went down. A friend of mine in the Phils has an older sister (30) who is married to one of the Yakuza cats.
So O'Brian arrived overweight, disrespected the rules of the organization, and through himself into that guillitine so he could be choked out. If you want to believe that, more power to you. I wonder if you'd be saying this if the EXACT same thing happened in UFC. My guess is no.

O'Brien took the fight on 10 days notice. I know for a fact the organizers were looking for 205'ers as late as June 26th. Yeah he was over, but it's Japan. Not as stringent as it is in America. The whole match was set up for Mousasi to win the fight anyway. When it comes to shit like this Japan does not get the benefit of the doubt like USA does. The last "funny" bout in the UFC was Taktarov/Macias at UFC...8? Where they were training partners and Macias tapped quickly.

I saw the whole event, and the choke. Looked legit to me. Not to say that there are no rigged fights (I've witnessed MMA fights in the USA and Japan that I thought were rigged), but I don't think that was the case at all here.
If you're saying they threw Mousassi a potato so he could get an easy win that's one thing (that happens a lot with fighters who were off for awhile, or a fighter the promotion wants to "protect" for the time being), but to say O'Brian walked in being told, "You have to lose this match, or the Yakuza will kill you," or something to that effect, I'd say you're reaching.

Alot of them thought the Forrest fight was fixed b/c of the finish but there was too much stuff going on in that fight for me to believe that was a fix.
Ppl still think the K. Shamrock/Rich Franklin fight was fixed...the finish looks suspect b/c Ken is just eating shots but whatever...he was already over the hill and Franklin was a beast back then.

Alot of them thought the Forrest fight was fixed b/c of the finish but there was too much stuff going on in that fight for me to believe that was a fix.
Ppl still think the K. Shamrock/Rich Franklin fight was fixed...the finish looks suspect b/c Ken is just eating shots but whatever...he was already over the hill and Franklin was a beast back then.
Lesnar and Velasquez are scheduled to fight on the 23rd of October. Wouldn't be surprised if that fight got pushed back.
Alright, that's how mufuckas get put to sleep underestimating Big Country. Dude is powerful and has skills. Dos Santos had better be extremely careful.
That's what I'm saying. Big Country is very underestimated. Hell...I had underestimated him for a long while, but no longer. If you're matched against him, that includes someone as skilled as Dos Santos, you better be prepared.
Hypothetically speaking, does ANYONE think Big Country would stand a chance in hell against Brock Lesnar? I'd say it's a long shot he'd beat Brock due to genetics...but it isn't IMPOSSIBLE. I def think that these days Big Country is better than Mir.
How do you all think Overeem would fair against Lesnar?
Should be interesting to see if CARWIN works his way back up to a rematch at some point between 2011 - 2013.

No, I'm not saying he was brought in to lose. But when he came in overweight, they probably "suggested" that he lose. Ask Rampage about them buying wins for big stars.
Again, I never claim fixed fights don't exist in MMA. I've seen fights from all over the world that looked fixed to me (including Japan). It still didn't look like he took a dive. I rewatched the fight last night to see if I could see what could make you think that, but still don't. I guess until O'Brian is old and broke, and releases a tell all book where he discusses how he was asked to lose in embarassing fashion and was all, "Aight, cool," I guess we'll never know for sure.
Still a good event. I have yet to watch a DREAM card I didn't enjoy.
Big Country is gifted. I can't imagine how smooth he'd be on his feet if he dropped some weight and quickened his foot game a bit. He's already got the technical skill/experience down, and fast hands.
CAIN and DOS SANTOS, as well as OVEREEM are some beasts in their own right(s) too.
