Man please don't tell me you talking about that pass to the corner when it looked like he had a layup...

You rather he talk about Harden choking in an all star game?

Dude is gonna go from thread to thread pre emptively crying about me calling out MJ now. And get this he says Im on ignore so why care what I type? :smh: Spida and the Jordan stans still tryna bully niggas not to say nothin bad about him after trashing Bron and other players all these years. I told @D-TOWN REP years ago Jordan Brand got the most hoe ass fans.

Any other legend of his stature would be getting called out and trashed for being so cowardly and anti social. Instead mainsteam media will give him a blow for his birthday and make no mention of his absence. Nike, the NBA, ESPN, Fox are still making too much coin off this coon to not give him the "He's God" treatment. And "Kobe fans" that really love MJ way more than Kobe will still link them and draw pics of them together as if they were boys over Kobe's teammates he won with like Shaq and Pau.

Jordan brand used Kobe to remain relevant in the early 2000s and use his success to promote his brand being that Kobe was champion at that time and Mikey was a trash exec washed up Wizards player. Now that Kobe's left the Earth, we see the truth about how he felt about him.

My guess is that Jordan will be involved in Kobe's HOF induction and is smartly being selective in the use of his voice. Magic's tribute to Kobe before the all-star game was lackluster and I don't think doing multiple eulogies is effective or easy.

FWIW, I started watching basketball late in Jordan's Bulls career and he was the first guy I "hated" in sports. Part of why I embraced Kobe was his quest to surpass Jordan. So this idea you have that the fanbases are totally overlapping is weird. And Jordan has had zero impact on my basketball interest or allegiances since I became a Kobe fan.

I dont see Mike doing Kobe's HOF induction. They werent that close. Although, it wouldnt shock me if it took MJs handlers til HOF to come up with what he needs to say about him. Someone like Shaq or Pau would be more qualified to do Kobe's HOF induction. Mikey more than likely will say something bout him in his ESPN fluff piece this summer that way HE can monetize it. Maybe even release some 13s in a purp and gold colorway to sell. MJ aint honoring no other NBA player for free.

Jordan and Kobe fanbases are absolutely overlapped. Most Kobe fans became fans because "he reminded them of Jordan" or "he took the torch". They "tag team" hated on Bron the last 15 years and draw imaginary pics of them together like they played each other every Christmas. Almost all Kobe fans call MJ the GOAT and ONLY reference Kobe with MJ. MJ fans gladly co opted Kobe's wins and success in 2000 era to keep a washed Jordan brand relevant and deem him "the closest". And you Tards still tryna win MJs approval after he igged Kobe tributes to play golf, Bron and Magic had to be the leaders. :smh: Theres never been 2 fanbases so closely linked. But then again we never had an NBA player try to mimic and copy another the way Kobe did Mikey.
