Official NBA 2016-2017 Thread - 30 teams, 1 goal. 2 weeks left, so much can happen!!

If that's what you see from my post, cool

5 bigs and not a NBA worthy starter at positions one through three

Keep defending your bullshit organization that has been making bad moves for 20 years as if they've suddenly gotten it right. Hopefully next year because the first three picks might be smaller players you guys might not fuck it up

Just like the Cowboys all those years they were drafting lineman when they had holes in other positions and people were clowning them and look at them now. You are obviously struggling with how you build shit so I'll leave you to your emoji's...

Yeah... I see your lil emoji's bruh... Like Clockwork when you aren't making sense. You have a good night lil fella...

You said goodnight how many times already?

The cowboys could actually use those lineman...you play five and need more as back ups. Well I guess you do need a back up for Embiid, but four?

How many bigs are you going to run out there in a small ball era. That's why your BS organization wants to trade Okafor, but nobody wants him.

Say a bunch of nonsense and have a tantrum and say goodnight for the fourth time. Instead of me, you should be mad at the bullshit your organization has been pulling every draft.

Chandler Parsons Was Close To Signing With Blazers, 'Went With Heart' Choosing Memphis

Chandler Parsons was offered a four-year, $94.7 million contract in free agency by both the Memphis Grizzlies and Portland Trail Blazers.

Parsons met with Neil Olshey, Terry Stotts, Paul Allen and Damian Lillard in Los Angeles in the opening minutes of free agency and then the Grizzlies the next morning and decided to sign with the Memphis.

“I was close. They have a great thing going,” Parsons said when asked about signing with Portland. “Obviously, you see how talented that team is with those two guards. I had nothing against them. I went with my heart on this one. I’m happy in Memphis.”

Parsons spent two seasons with the Dallas Mavericks after signing there in 2014.

Damn

Pelicans To Sign Archie Goodwin, Waive Lance Stephenson

Archie Goodwin is finalizing a two-year deal to sign with the New Orleans Pelicans.

The Pelicans have lost Lance Stephenson to surgery on his groin and were already without both Jrue Holiday and Tyreke Evans.

Goodwin was waived by the Phoenix Suns before the start of the season.

New Orleans will waive Stephenson to create a roster spot for Goodwin.

You only have so many years to prove yourself...before you decide to offer a second contract

You can't have a team full of bigs and no quality at your other positions.

Because of their low salary they don't even have trade them because you can't package them with anything.

It makes sense to trade to try to improve the overall quality rather than stunt each others growth and trade value.

Bullshit organizations do what Philly does....Sacramento does it to...that's why Boogie was going wtf during the draft. They do shit like draft two point guards in one draft(Minnesota) and draft back to back shooting guards(Stauskas and McLemore) and bigs in numerous drafts(Queens)...it's not hard to see why their organizations remain bad for so long.
Well marginal players who have yet to prove themselves like Neol can have his contract extended for market price, if they so choose to do so and still be able to trade him if he

You can have a team full of bigs, you just wont win... If I was Philly winning would not be my main concern until I get that pg and that will be my last piece... Matter of fact this draft I would go for the best PG from college and from there on I would draft nothing but jump shooters..
Plus for the next three years I would throw money at the top PG on the market..
If they take their time and do this I give them three years to be ready to compete for a championship..

Stuckey is always hurt. Plus he's redundancy.

Don't know how long he's going to be out. But he'll bounce back. I'm sure.

Always thought Stuckey lost his way once he realized he could score in the league. He stopped dishing the ball and guarding

It's funny how Harrison was bashed in the preseason

Damn

How many teams has it been since Indiana?

Should have stayed.

This might be it

Glad it's working out for y'all. Could use a break.
Yeah man... Dude is out here doing his thing tonight!

Yep the numbers he has been putting up this season is acceptable if he keeps it up

Parsons never averaged 18 and 6 for the season for us

With Dirk being out he can up those numbers possibly

This team needs better guard play and obviously with Dirk missing all these games already somebody to fill that void

Lance Stephenson really fucked his career off

Got the big head and it cost him millions and it's to the point now he can't even stick on a roster

:lol:no they are not; You are not a good team and loose to the kings at home; they maybe a solid team, but not good; not right now...
Dude the Cavs almost lost to my bum ass sixers and needed phantom calls from the refs to beat us by 1 point last night... and GS got the SHIT kicked out of them by the Lakers the other night. stop it man! You trippin'

GS was on the back end of back and back, and on the road, not comparable; Cavs were on the road and should have lost but still won; neither was home; And the kings are not good; and Toronto isnt getting teams best shots, like the cavs and gs is; apples and oranges bro

Every team has a Mulligan during the regular season. Your not just a solid team when you get to the conference finals and push the champs to game 7
