ibaka is 3 times as athletic at gasol and zbo he should be beasting them off the dribble to the rim for dunks skying over them for rebounds regardless of what they do BELOW the rim.
instead he's playing their game. position be damned zbo shouldn't even be able to get a rebound or a regular shot off. both them dudes don't jump 4inches off the ground combined
