Quick question to anyone? I downloaded the ripple software from ripple.net. I was able to buy XRC with my credit card on changely.com but you can only spend $50 at a time. my question is can i buy other currencies like Ethereum, Litecoin, and deposit it to the same ripple wallet?

changelly.com, but you to have a wallet to send it to. google ripple wallet software from ripple.net but the site is in Portuguese (sp)

I was able to make two purchases after I called my bank. Tried to make a 3rd purchase earlier today and it didn't go through. Called the bank and they everything is approved on their end, ended emailing changelly.com support about it. Now I'm waiting to see what they say. Let if this happens to you

I got 6,600 Ripple now....If it goes to $200 that would be 1.32 Million :eek2:

This is what I did.

I went to https://rippex.net/#/ and downloaded a Desktop Wallet
you will have to use Google Chrome cause the site is in Portuguese and needs to be translated

Once you downloaded and unzipped the Wallet...Click on the exe to install

Once installed and account is made copy your Wallet Address & Secret Key (Important)

Wallet will not be active yet

Go to https://changelly.com/ Make an account

Purchase $50 of XRP direct it to your Desktop Wallet's address

You may need to call your bank to allow a purchase from site

You will need to confirm and verify a few things with Changelly before the purchase goes through
Once everything goes through you will see the Ripple in your desktop wallet

Same here....got declined on changelly so I have to call my bank....

I am dedicating my current laptop as a cold wallet only going online to buy and sell...

I am also buying some other alt coins....once I get set up I will drop the details...

The only question I have now is for the wolves on the board...if you have the xrp and it hits, what's the safest way to cash out? (Am I thinking too far ahead :money:)

Remember you still have a Coin Base account with Kracken
you can always cash out with them. They just not allowing you to buy XRP with USD

I was reading, they safest way to store you wallet it OFFLINE on a USB Key
Consider it

Someone fill me in on what I'm missing. This is a digital currency for banks to use amongst each other, not in any outside market. How is this going to go to anything more than equaling a dollar for dollar currency, assuming all major banks adopt this?

The truth is I don't know the answers to those questions but there is a shot that it will rise in value. if its .006 cents now per 1
and it even gets up to $20
you've made a lot of fucking money...

It's digital money for banks AND for regular people. It's cross platform. Only thing is its ON THE GRID. It's the honest answer to Bitcoin.

Any links to articles backing that up? I'm really interested but all I've read is that it's solely between banks.
