Official BGOL Crypto Currency Thread ★★★★★

Today begins the transition globally for all finance entities to move to ISO 20022 standards into next weekend by the 22nd.

It runs on RippleNet. For instant messaging of transfers.

Not sure what it means for XRP as in price but XRP will become a stable coin, backed by real assets. Along with a few others like XLM.

Come January, everything will be tokenized. A new global monetary system

What runs on RippleNet? SWIFT is upgrading its existing global messaging network from old MT messages to the new ISO 20022 MX messages.

Seems like every XRP holder is anticipating the coming November 22nd deadline
Plus on top of that you have a bunch of XRP ETF's launching a couple days beforehand
Either next weekend will be a huge green candle
Or next weekend will be a huge jedi mind trick, rug pull price crash
I see no in between, LOL :D

XRP and others will run over RippleNet, it's blockchain.

Like I just saw a commercial on TV for a new payment system with Chase and Bank of America called PAZE
It will eliminate having to log in using tokens for the transaction. All secure.

"Paze is an online checkout service developed by a consortium of major banks, including Chase, Bank of America, and U.S. Bank, that securely stores your credit and debit cards for online purchases. Instead of sharing your actual card number, it uses tokenization for added security and simplifies checkout by eliminating the need to manually enter card details, usernames, or passwords. "

XRP won't be the stable coin. RLUSD will be the stable coin for ripple net. XRP will be the gas for the blockchain.

OK that would make sense, had to be something from Ripple, I was told XRP, but didn't think it would be something accessible by the public but could be wrong.

This was shared with me:

Blockchains already integrated into this system:
1.Ripple (XRP) – interbank settlements and CBDC payments.
2.Stellar (XLM) – cross-border transfers and digital stablecoins.
3.Algorand (ALGO) – tokenization of assets and digital bonds.
4.Hedera (HBAR) – corporate and government registries.
5.Quant (QNT) – gateway between banking systems and blockchains.

These will be stable coins moving forward when the world goes asset backed.

I haven't done research on the others but XRP won't be a stable coin. The ledger itself will be called XRPMAINLEDGER or XRPMAIN or XRP for short. The token they will use like a stable coin is RLUSD. But hell I own both coins so whichever way it goes will work for me.

Depending on how much inflow comes in we’ll probably see a very modest rise (maybe 5-10%) in prices but nothing substantial like $10 or more as people expect.

Yeah here is my take on this.....
I maybe wrong about some things, but I'll put it out there anyway

I believe XRP & XLM will be the dominant coins in the future
They will work together with each other
XRP == Bank to Bank (and large financial institutions) larger transactions
XLM == Retail, low value, microtransactions for regular people
RLUSD == stable coin (similar to Tether (USDT)) for regular people
Those three will make up the backbone of the future financial system eventually
The price/value of XRP will eventually go up
The price/value of XLM will eventually go up
The price of RLUSD will always remain fixed, similar to how USDT/USDC is pegged to $1

So now the 2 major questions to ask going forward.....
1. How will the government pay off this $38 trillion dollar debt ???
2. How will the USA convince millions of Americans (and other countries) to migrate over from US dollars to this new digital currency ???
2a. And also how long is this transition period going to take ???
What is the fucking plan, is the question that will probably be answered starting next year !!!

And the answer is.....
In order to bring in the new, you have to tear down the old (basically in simple terms)
Think about it, how do you convince millions of people to make a drastic change like that, as soon as possible?
So probably the first half of next year
I think these mofos in government will purposely try to crash the value of the US dollar:smh:

They already stopped making the penny
So I wouldn't be surprised if they announced that will no longer be making nickels & dimes, as well
Jerome Powell already stated numerous times, quantitative tightening will be over December 1st
And quantitative easing will start soon (which basically means they are going to turn on the money printers soon)
Plus in addition to that they keep lowering interest rates
And then you have trump throwing out the idea of a "stimulus check" to most Americans (he just calls it a tariff rebate check)
Mofos are about to flood the market by printing TRILLIONS & TRILLIONS of more dollars
This is basically setting us up for the Covid stimulus then inflation scenario all over again...but much worse
Had barbershops charging damn near $100 for a shape up or a fade :hmm:

And then you have the AI buble circle jerk going on, with Nvidia/AMD/Microsoft/Oracle/OpenAI
These mofos are basically "too big to fail" right now
So if one of them goes down, then the government will be forced to step in & bail them all out
Or risk the whole entire S&P500 completely crashing to the ground
Shit about to be all out chaos for the first half of 2026

And then the options are going to be.....
Keep your life savings in the US dollar, but watch it dwindle down to monopoly money, due to massive inflation
Or.....switch over to this digital currency, like XRP, Bitcoin, and other cryptos to hedge against inflation

Whales are looking to dump after holding for seven years and no price increase.

I wouldn't be surprised if the price of XRP initially jumps up to over $5, or something like that
But then immediately drops, because every mofo will be trying to sell sell sell :D

In a nutshell, they can no longer "print" money, we are in a transition to an asset based system (yet to be announced). All the trillions of dollars of debt, along with any existing debt was created in a system that will cease to exist. The Fed (now rolled into the Treasury) will be left holding the bag. It was all created with fiat, new system brings in money that will be backed by precious metals and minerals for each country which has already been determined and agreed upon. Going back to the "gold standard"

As far as crypto, as a whole, many will be valued at nothing. Along with the stock market. When things flip, everything as I stated earlier will be tokenized as in value. Things you currently have like a home or car, whatever assets will have a tokenized value. On the surface we will still have cash, but behind the scenes, all of this is to stop what bankers have been doing to us as a civilization for centuries. Using us and keeping us as slaves in a debt based system.

Taxes will go away as they currently are, only on new large purchases, like a new home or new car. But existing used homes/cars, taxes were paid at first purchase, will no longer be taxed. Tariffs will be shared to the citizens, as they should be. There wont be a stimulus check like Covid, but a long time payment back to us. There's a lot coming. And I'm not speculating. Telling what is now happening, between "today" and Jan 1st, will be better explained to the public. This will be global.

Transition to the new currency will be like nothing, like when they released the new $20 or $100 bill.
But eventually, don't know the timing, but we will go back to when inflation was lower as in 1960's prices or cost of living.
So imagine, taking your family out to dinner and it costing maybe $10. A new car costing maybe $3-5k. New house like $20k.

Banks will be more of a servicer to your money, similar to what Paypal is today. They will no longer be able to use your money as they currently do and loan it out at 20x what they hold on reserve.

Just a tidbit of what's coming. Will see things happening gradually, but all we are seeing, news is doing it's best to confuse the masses. But it's all happening...

XDC Network (XDC)
Might have a role somewhere in there too
It's another ISO20022 coin

Hey fellas quick question:
If I want to post a twitter screenshot (jpg format), that I took from my cell phone to BGOL
Whats the best/easiest way to do it?
What do you guys use?
I'm assuming I need to just upload the screenshot to cloud storage, & then insert the url link here?

:puzzled: :puzzled: :puzzled:

Prices have definitely increased the past 7 years. I started buying XRP when it was 25 cents and have held and accumulated some more till now. However, that’s the reward for me, I’m not foolish to believe XRP is going to astronomically appreciate after Nov 22nd or even when the ETFs launch.

What I do believe is that we’re at the show me stage where XRP has to execute its business model and generate significant institutional adoption that has gotten so much hype. I’ve seen no hint of that yet.
