Official BGOL Crypto Currency Thread ★★★★★

ya I would totally advise against it for anyone thinking about copping one...costs far too much for what it does...mostly paying for the touchscreen which is shit...think they are using a resistive touchscreen on it smh
? If you using myetherwallet can you transfer the tokens you have on MEW to the Ledger nano S ?
I have five or six different tokens.

from my understanding you're not technically moving the coins...it's still on myetherwallet but yes you can access them from the ledger nano s/blue...or @ least you're supposed to be able to...I tried it w/ the ledger blue and it didn't work for me

Man...look at these fuckers...by this dip...Now...
I knew it was some bullshit going g down

After a Few Harsh Statements from Executive Jamie Dimon, JP Morgan Ltd., and Morgan Stanley Purchase Bitcoin ETNs

Definitely some fuckery. The timing of the Chinese bullshit was always when the west was waking up. All this shit just so happens to go down when the prediction from Goldman Sachs was passed. Staggered news for 2 straight fucking weeks.

Out of the 1.8 billion in bitcoin trading the last 24 hours, China is responsible for like $250 million. Price is only low on their platforms. They can go away and there will still be well over $1.5 billion in trade. This China FUD is some of the biggest bullshit. :smh:

Fuck them. Go the fuck away already.

Successful NEO Ledger Nano S integration announced

I'm still waiting on an email for shipping my blue, it was suppose to ship on 9/4 smh. Is the screen the only problem with it?

it's just pointless to have imo...the same thing can be done on a cheap android phone or a cheap PC laptop/tablet that you should only use for wallets...the most disappointing discovery was that I had to connect it to my computer to use it...you can only check your wallet/make transactions via the chrome browser...when I bought it I thought it could be used as a standalone device...also if it malfunctions as far as I know you cannot do anything w/ your coins until you replace it...which wouldn't be a problem if it was easily available but imagine having to wait months for a new unit

*edit*

here's everything I had to say about it...

moved some coins to my ledger blue for the first time...easy setup...took about 30 minutes since it was my first time and wanted to make sure I did everything correctly...technically speaking I'll never have to connect it to my CPU again except to charge it...what I don't like...

a) you can't check your balance directly on the ledger itself...you have to attach it to your CPU and open it using the chrome app you have to dl...but it's not a real issue tho...I can just enter the deposit address using a blockchain "explorer" for w/e coin on a mobile browser and I'm good...still tho for the $$$ I paid I expected to be able to check the balance directly on the device

b) if you lose the ledger or it's stolen...your shit can't be compromised but you won't have access to it either unless you order a new device...considering how long it took to get this one that could be a pain in the ass...this kinda stinks cuz some coins have mobile wallets which you can use on an android phone...if you lose the phone or it's stolen you can easily get another android phone

it gets the job done...but when more of these coins develop mobile wallets this shit will be rendered obsolete

ledger blue is a piece of shit...I have only used the device once prior to today...kept it in perfect condition...still store it in the original box/packaging...yet already the touchscreen has lost some of its responsiveness...I have to tap the screen multiple times just to open/close an app...get the feeling it's gonna crap out on me

ya I would totally advise against it for anyone thinking about copping one...costs far too much for what it does...mostly paying for the touchscreen which is shit...think they are using a resistive touchscreen on it smh

I sent a cancellation email yesterday and they got back to me today confirming cancellation and refund. Thanks again I think I saved myself a headache dealing with them.

Folks still trying to use China FUD. This time it's about banning OTC trading and going after miners. It's damn near three fucking weeks with these chinks and their fuck shit. :smh:
Everything will shake out well for us...if china is gone....good for us. Japan already picking up their slack and seem to be stable in comparison. I find it hard to believe china will sit out of crypto currency in all honest. Just too much potential. Once they figure out their head from their ass everything should bounce up a bit with volume hopefully returning.

You missed it today

I checked in but didn't ask any questions...my brain is frazzled...I wanted to ask his opinion of neblio but felt it was too specific and didn't want to waste his time speaking on one project given the line of questioning for the most part...something like NEO makes sense whereas chances are good he may not have even paid NEBL much attention if any...it was a cool setup tho...thanks for putting it together

China just seems to be freaking out. They are going to let Japan, South Korea, and Russia come in and take their position in cryptospace. Glad shit is spreading out so no one place can fuck it up in the future.

They won't. They are far ahead of the U.S. in the technology industry and they're not going to miss out on blockchain technology. Their problem is they want to control everything.
