Sadly he is a black HC he was on the hot seat the minute he signed the contract. Coaches need at least 3 years to build a team they want.
It never fails. He gets the team right then they let him go bring in a white coach. And then its see look what this coach did in less time.
He about to hop on a plane to Philly. Howie, can I trust you.
Jury is still out on some of these guys; but yeah...not great. I think those OL will come along. Tesla should make a larger impact next year and Arnold has been hurt. I will give him grace, but he needs to nail this upcoming draft and also get a better OC.

The majority of fans love Shedeur. Shedeur wasn't afraid to come to the hood after he got drafted and doing a lot of volunteer work too.
I don't understand,how anyone can not like him at all. Especially,when he wants to be the guy to break the long tradition of the organization drafting quarterbacks every year.

It's great to know he's loved and respected off the field.
I just hope the browns do right by him.
Shedeur really can't lose here. If he stays, he's going to be the starter because it makes no sense to keep him and then draft someone else. If he gets traded, he will be going to a much better situation (unless it's the raiders, smh) so he's in the catbird's seat here.
I'm hoping for the latter wIth him getting traded to become a starter with a much better team who would allow him to thrive and not play this musical chairs QB shit with him.

I hope you're right because Cleveland has been making bad decisions for years.
I would love Flores for the Browns or the Ravens but I think both teams need a head coach with some offensive creativity. Flores would be perfect for the Bengals.
If Flores does go to either one, they need to get Eric Bieniemy as the OC.

At some point,the Browns gonna have stop being lazy and develop a quarterback. They expect every rookie to light the league on fire when that type of quarterback is very rare.
They still need to draft at least five offensive lineman and get some receivers.
What's crazy is the a lot of former quarterbacks thinks Shedeur is doing a decent job despite not having no first team reps at mini and training camp but somehow this organization still has questions about him...
This is why i hope they either fire the coach or trade him to a team that wants him and will allow him to thrive to be successful.

Then when a brother does get the job, he’s pressured to hire white coordinators to make ownership comfortable. He’s afraid that hiring Black coordinators will be seen as “favoring his own.”
But here’s the truth:
A lot of those coordinators don’t work for him, don’t protect him, and don’t fight for his success. Some are there to outlast him, not help him. Sabotage doesn’t always look loud — sometimes it looks quiet and patient.
That’s why Mike Tomlin is the exception. Not because the league changed — but because Pittsburgh Steelers ownership doesn’t play those games. Stability matters.
Too many owners are still looking for someone who looks like their son-in-law, not a leader who understands the locker room.
Message to the brothers:
Hire real brothers as your coordinators. People who are invested in you winning, not waiting on you to fail. You’ll last longer. You’ll build stronger. And you won’t stand alone.
This isn’t emotional.
It’s structural.

I would say get leftwich... Sheuder and the Running back already good weapons... Draft some wrs.. now you got a young inexpensive weapons for several yrs
Owners don't care about what fans don't like because they will come to games regardless. Nobody gonna boycott the NFL because of dislking a coach or player. You just gotta hope the owner is smart enough to make the right decision firing him.
Like I've said, if they decide to keep the coach, they should trade shedeur to a team that wants him that would allow him to thrive and be successful.
Boycott the NFL and not buying a tix are two different things.. watching the game at home for free is much different than paying to see it live.. there are teams in sports where fans don't sell out arenas or tix sales declined due to fans not liking the production

Owners got their money from that TV deal which I'm sure they wouldn't care about who comes to games or not. But then again, I've seen fans being mad at their team for losing, keeping a bad player or coach and those stadiums be selling out even when losses continue piling up.
Hell the NFL still going srtong after people were talking about boycotting the NFL for blackballing kaepernick
Lions fans should want their coach fired, I'm sure the fans want him gone but he's still the coach doing dumb shit. I hope I'm wrong but the lions could end up keeping the coach while trading goff.
There's plenty of teams that need to fire their coaches after the season is over.
We both can agree that the browns need to fire their coach just like other teams need to do the same.
