{~}Official 2022-2023 NBA Thread - it’s that time again, this thread coming to a end

Every nba player is good for 1 defensive highlight here and there. When it's crunch time and teams are looking to get a bucket they're running picks to get curry on the ball.
That's the best part

They do and then he stops them lol
That's literally what that video was they said oh let's get ja on curry to end the game and he squashed it twice for the dub

He's not an elite defender
He is a good defender and has been for a while now

That myth definitely needs to stop. Curry’s a solid defender, and at their level no good offensive player can be stopped.
That's all
No claims as the best etc but the playoffs prove if you can't play defense you can't be on the floor nvm win 4 NBA championships while being the single weak link on defense lol

Even jokic stepped up from terrible to deterrent this year

I saw this the other day and it's actually not that bad of a deal for 6 people. It works out to $520 per person per game for the season.

That's only if you want to be at every Wizards game though.

It's gonna work cuz

Watch.
Oh I know it will
Easiest 13 minutes a game of cp3s life
1st offense that will challenge him
He'll be in the 2nd unit David west spot

Which is underrated lol ppl talk about Draymond on office and I been telling you anyone can its his defense that is his super power
David west averaged spot on number offensively with assists but scored more points and grabbed more boards at the same spot with a sample size when Draymond was hurt

He just couldn't bring the defensive value
That is the value

cP3 will average ungodly assists while shooting easy open jumpers

When was this?

You just won your FIRST title in the history of history. Check yoself nigga.

Winning doesn’t always mean championships. Winning literally means, winning games making the playoffs etc. My earliest memories of the Nuggets came after they drafted Melo. Made the playoffs every year. Western Conference Finals. Even made the playoffs and was a 3 seed in a stacked West AFTER trading Melo. There were some down years but it ain’t like the Nuggets were a lottery team every year. They have always been in contention for the playoffs pretty much every year.

So compared to Detroit where he went, yes the Nuggets are a winning organization

Imagine if Kobe never won a championship and joined LeBron's Cavs in 2016 to win his first...

I think the mature perspective, though, is what has happened has happened. Joining Curry or going elsewhere won't change the fact that Curry has dominated him to this point. He hasn't won a title and his younger superior has won four. If teaming with that guy gets him his first, it will be worth it.

Him and green never liked each other, they just had to try to co-exist for the betterment of the team. Now Poole doesn't have to worry about that nor green and they both can move on.

But to do that literally within minutes of the trade, first thing you have to do is run to purify your social media?

If it was that much of a lingering resentment, he was probably being a bitch in the locker room. Obviously he is not to blame for "the incident" but as far as the team's ongoing chemistry issue, there was plenty of evidence along the way that he was out for dolo the whole time, which is not conducive to repeating.

Fuck no. Bridges is a solid solid NBA starter. Simmons will be the same in two years and Henderson will be a all star caliber player. Nets are fucking idiots.
Bridges is good that they don't need Simons unless they didn't have bridges on the team or if the nets were rebuilding then I could understand them making that trade for Simons. So, bridges as the nets felt is good enough for them that they look forward to keeping him for the long term since they have turned down or shutdown trades when it comes to bridges.
