It pretty simple. All iso ball. You can shoot at best between 37-43% on iso shoots no matter how good you are. Bucks, Knicks and Boston are playing iso heavy.

All Miami is doing is slowing the game down and if you can keep it within a few points, a few missed iso shots can make all the difference.

So you can count on a few missed shots while you take high percentage ones can get you wins

For the first question, IMO Miami already has enough offense without Hero, Hero just gives you extra, However when he is on the floor he's a huge defensive liability. Hero would most likely be Tatum and browns choice for screens.
