Too expensive to sack. Maybe the media will get some dirt on him and he'll quit

Limey, one thing I don't get is as a Italian, Capello knows that the first thing you sort out is not to concede any goals and get your defending sorted out. That's the Italian philosophy when it comes to football.

Secondly, with the European championships coming up, I know that 80 to 90% of the team that played so badly in the world cup will be there as well. So it increasingly appears that nothing has change. As for some of those players, it well known that with Lampard, without Essien backing him up is a fish out of water, same with Terry and Carvalho, Rooney and Valencia and Evra etc. Take them away from the comfortable environment of club football and put them unto the international stage and look what happens.

I'm tired of people talking about Kaka like he's the next Ronaldo, Pele, or Ronaldinho of Brazil. He's overrated; good but not great. He played like kaka today.

Totally agree with your post. I just think that it will be the same old, same old. England were giving a good hiding by the Germans and that was pathetic.

If Ghana scores first, its going to force Uruguay to be more aggressive, which will open up the midfield for Ghana's counter-attacking style. If Uruguay scores first, this game is going to be very boring.

Is english John Mensah first language?:smh::smh::smh::smh:

Not a good look...why not allow him to speak in his native language...unless that dude cant read:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Gotta root for the Black Stars in this one. I'm just hoping their youth doesn't get the best of em.

Suarez and Forlan are a problem. Ghana cannot put a foot wrong because those guys are like assassins

That is THE MOST underrated combo in this whole world cup. People forget that both Suarez & Forlan are Excellent players in La Liga. This ain't no suprise, With that combo, Uruguay has a shot at the title this year if you ask me.

Uruguay would've DEMOLISHED the US Team.

Unfortunately, I don't think Ghana is gonna win either.

Let's go Black Stars!!!

ESPN has John Harkes calling this game. I hope he can keep it professional, and not hate on the brothas from Africa. I also hope there aren't (too many) references to Team USA, how they were "supposed to be in this game", yadda yadda yadda...

Harkes should SHUT THE FUCK UP. US WOULD"VE GOT CRRRRRRRRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUSHHHHHED by Uruguay. Suarez & Folan would probably put up 2 goals each against them.

There's always Univision. Bias is everywhere on every planet. It is what it is.

The fact that Euros is in London in 2012, England can't afford to display the same showing as they did in the World Cup. I am sure you guys won't settle for anything else than the semis when that comes around.

Again, Ghana's defense is SHIT!;

Kingston is proving that he is not a third stringer. He has been taking pressure the whole cup.
