Lol. You are wasting your time.. In order to play football, you have to be fit. I remember when we would 5 miles to a smelter and then run up the sides of the mountain of sand that was about 2 stories his at angle of about 30-45 degrees... We would run right back, and frog jump a couple times around the pitch... If there is anyone on steroids, it is a US player... which, I do not know...

Do not be misled by the performances of Cameroon, Nigeria and Cote Ivoire. If Nigeria and Cameroon had not changed their coaches, they would have had more to say for themselves.
