NY Times: White folk are steadily moving to a hood near you

White people used to be scared of niggas but they
realize now niggas are only threats to each other.

and there it is.

Come visit Chicago. I see White families riding bikes, Mother Husband and two little White kids, right in the middle of fucking war zones. And strangely all ignorant Negro's that are being misplaced are being sent to Black neighborhoods which once had low crime rates and were relatively peaceful.

I live in Hyde Park which is nothing but a circle of mixed folks, economically and racially, but its surrounded by the ignorance. Go 4-5 blocks in any direction and you could either buy some herb or be shot. When I first moved over here about 20 years ago the ignorance was sorta blatant, but then they built a few strip malls, CHEAPLY renovated a few properties, built a few town homes, a few folks out some moved in and the neighborhood improved drastically. A few gang banging niggas and drug dealers stil lived in and around the area....but the BS was stagnant..meaning they kept the shit in their households and didnt bring it to the streets.

Dont wanna generalize....but as soon as they started knocking down the projects a new group of people moved into the neighborhood and around it. Mainly in the Kenwood community. Now the ignorance has resurfaced. Niggas is hanging out in front of their buildings all night making noise....people getting shit stole out their cars.....mofo's getting robbed.....folks getting murdered in hyde park and around it...etc etc. Now im not trying say its turned into Iraq or something...but you can obviously tell something has changed if youve been living over here.


Banks played a big part in this. They scared the shit out of White folks wayyyyy back in the day to create White flight. Scary Whites flocked to the banks to take out loans to buy the nice house AWAY FROM NEGRO'S. Now the same Banks that scared the shit out of Whites have now fucked over a lot of the property owners in the Black community. Now the value is dropping...White folks come back to buy the property thats value is steady dropping.....black folks become complacent with section 8 and move out..the property value starts to rise and White folks make a hell of a profit and come back to claim the land.

I work with a lot of poor Black folks in Chicago via some side work that I do and I try to teach them how to avoid a lot of BS..but like I said many of them get into BS comfort zones via the government playing Head of Household. Thats why even though I dislike Obama's policies....a part of like the way he prolongs the status quo and fucks over poor in the name of saving the economy.
