I can speak to this. I moved from Cleveland to Medina Ohio in 2010. I bought a 2545 sqft home sitting on .6 acres for $160k now 10 years later look at the valueWe can live anywhere and everywhere. This is why we need to really be everywhere and not congregate in just urban areas. Moving to the "country" gets you acres, not square feet. Which is equity for you and future generations. Wealth is directly related and proportional to land ownership.
Also, studies have shown that the closer people are to each other, the higher the incidence rate is for violence and other crime.
Plus, some cities just have bad energy. Black people need to reconnect to nature and get back in tune.
