Unpopular opinion, but fuck it I have a right to my opinion. I like the fit athletic look she had during the "Loose" era more.
Why would it be unpopular to prefer a female's size that looks like she can fit on a normal toilet bowl as opposed to one that doesn't?
 
She got the shape. She just need to go to the gym and tighten it up. She enough bread to not get sloppy like that. Anyway, still. :fucking:

nelly had 3 kids and not every woman bounces back to what they were before they had kids. People in general have reasons for being in the physical condition theyre in thats more rooted in genetics/environment than just laziness.

Bullshit, people love that it's "my genetics" excuse. Calories are calories. Every time you see one of these overweight people talk about how they just eat normal portions it's always horseshit.

There is no secret to weight lost, it's calories in/calories out. If you're not eating/working out at a caloric deficit you will not lose weight and that's for the vast majority of people. I don't want to hear shit about thyroid this and metabolism that. That's not the problem. Now that I'm in my 40's I realized my metabolism isn't burning as much off as what it used to , but for damn sure if I count my calories, I'm losing weight much faster than trying to go to the treadmill and work it off. I stand on that shit.

all of that would fall under the heading of environment... you can stand on it all day. but the reality is a person can be big and not unhealthy everyone cant have washboard abs. Whats unhealthy and whats a pleasing shape arent necessarily the same.

I didn’t say your shape relates to health. I just said I like her shape and she needs to slim down. If you’re overweight, ain’t no healthy but big. You might not be on the brink of diabetes and heart attack, but you’re not as healthy as you would be at lower weight. That’s just science.
Yeah and as far as weight loss itself it’s not complicated as I said it’s a basic caloric deficit through diet and/or excercise. My oldest daughter’s overweight, not obese or anything just on the chunky side. She also had an excuse for why could lose weight. I took her to the gym with me for a month. She lost 15lbs in that month. Nothing crazy, I didn’t even change her diet. 1hr a day 5 days a week. I left her alone to go at it by herself, she quit put all the weight back on. Tried the fat shots, diet pills and I’m just looking like you know what it takes, but most people like I said want to make excuses.
