Wrong. The women were having issues with their drive through order..... So the LET them in TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.. As you can tell by the empty store the lobby is closed. If they let them in to throw hot water on them...then how come no water was thrown on them until after they went behind the counter?

They probably were locked in. After business hours the store has the right to lock the door from the inside....

If you just look at the BS lawsuit without the video, most would come to the conclusion that the Taco Bell manager was at fault. But we clearly see in the video that they went behind the counter. Once that happens, all bets are off. Self defense.

Observations and logical conclusions:

1. The chicks were already hype about their fucking order to the extent the manager LET them inside a closed lobby to TRY and resolve the issue;
2. The chicks were out of pocket and threatening to the staff which is why the manager was ALREADY on the phone when she got the water (probably calling the police);
3. Based on the threatening behavior of the customers, the staff had reason to believe that the ONLY reason customers would come behind the county is to inflict bodily harm so they defended themselves;
4. Taco Bell will pay anyway....but not as much as if it was unprovoked.
