I bet it's a lot more people with AC in Vegas though. In Vegas, they call 113 Spring time.![]()
The heat is bad enough, but when you throw in humidity, that’s when problems come aboutI read somewhere that humans have advanced sweat glands that allow them to thrive in relatively hot environments provided they can stay hydrated. However, as the temps and humidity levels rise as our sweat glands don't work as well because while we do sweat there may not be sufficient evaporative cooling because humidity levels are too high. So the sweat just runs off with out evaporating and cooling our bodies. I also recall a recent news story about apes and monkeys just falling out of trees because they're over heating.
Aha! What you think that means for your highs? #notpayingattentioninclass .In Vegas, they call 113 Spring time.![]()
That world cup match in Monterey will have them thinking they're in Death Valley.

Man listen..... Heat stroke is no joke!!
I almost passed out changing my brakes a few years ago in hot humid weather! I had to keep taking mini breaks to cool off.
I hate that this is probably going to cause a lot of deaths.
