Seriously? Accidental...you gotta be joking.....accidentally jumped and accidently grabbed flyod's body into the head butt.....

Re: if i was 5o yrs younger i'd kick ur ass

:lol::lol::lol:

That's why it doesn't make sense

Dudes are seeing what they want to see

Dude rejected the gloves, and the hug...so put your guard back up and to get to fighting

That was a young fighter mistake and he paid for it end of story

Cats hate him that much that they go against logic is baffling to me.:smh:

I hate Floyd's behavior and antics but he performs when in that ring which is all we should care about at the end of the day.

He did nothing wrong in this fight. Period.

It's about to go down at Mix inside of Mandalay Bay...if anybody try to hug me w/out protecting they self I'm punching them in the face

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Lol hilarious

My opinion, it was a young fighter mistake. This is boxing, not skating.

He tried to apologize, tap gloves, hug...Floyd rejected both

So I'm resetting with my guard up, this is boxing fool

This isn't the beginning of the fight or round, Floyd doesn't have to hug you.

And then whining to the ref with your guard down :smh:

He punched me :( Dummy, that's what he's supposed to do :smh:

co-sign, in addition to the fact that right before he went in for the hug the ref told them to fight and was right in Ortiz's face.

And people dont' seem to want to acknowledge that the whole series of events was started by Ortiz blatantly head butting Floyd. You take that event away and this doesn't happen so if anyone is to blame its Ortiz.

shit looked fair to me!!!!!!!!!!!
im all for hittin a niggah when he aint lookin / cant see it coming/ from behind... whatever it takes to get the job done! if im in a fair fight something went real wrong...:hmm::dunno:

Man if Mayweather was White, Ortiz would have been crucified for that head butt. I hate to turn it into a race thing but it is what it is. Mayweather doesn't bow down to no one and they hate that about him. He's young, Black, rich, and marches to his own drum.

You have NEVER seen me go that route but this shit is absurd man. Muthafuckas are not even mentioning that whole turn of events got set off by an one of the most ridiculously and obviously intentional headbutts I have seen in years. Ortiz even left his feet to throw that headbutt.

Re: bull!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These niggaz are making up new rules to shit on this nigga:lol::smh:

Niggaz are like "everybody knows you hug, kiss, and do the hokey pokey after a pause in action before throwing another punc, everyone knows that"

:lol::lol:

I can go with the first headbutt being accidental but a second headbutt is a pattern.

just peep the headbutt, Ortiz was pissed that he couldn't land a punch and headbutt out of anger and frustration. Dude grabbed floyd to center him and went in with the head

even Zidan gave Ortiz two thumbs up for that headbutt... :smh:

Of course it was fair.

As disappointed as I was about the fight ending that way...

Boxing IS protect yourself at all times, and Ortiz DID apologize about 3 or 4 times.

The ref says fight... you fight.

man..that shit was crazy. that was one of the most obviously blatant and dangerous headbutts ive ever seen man....and dude got a pass for it and being made into the victim :smh::smh::smh:

Am I the only person mad because school was in session and Floyd was going to expose another 'champion' with ease before all the fuckery...

Yes and no.

Yes because like you I wanted him to continue the exposure but no because he deserved that asswhooping...right away.

Am I the only person mad because school was in session and Floyd was going to expose another 'champion' with ease before all the fuckery...

cs imagine what would of happened if the rounds went on i was already over here dying of laughter pot shot after pot shot and and ortiz started that head play pause -since the 1st round

Re: if i was 5o yrs younger i'd kick ur ass

underlining truth....you must protect yourself at all times.....

HOWEVER.....HOWEVER.....

Floyd is better than what he did tonight.....and what he did tonight was bullshit...

lets ignore the headbutt

Mayweather was technically right but it wasn't a streetfight and therefore he was unsportsmanlike. Regardless, Ortiz was stupid for trusting Floyd like that. Floyd did the same thing to Arturo Gatti back when they fought and he also did it to Mosley. I kind of agree with Floyd in the sense that this is boxing and not kindergarten. On the other hand, Floyd did himself a disfavor because he is constantly painting himself a legacy as one of the most classless champions ever. He is a winner and will make sure he wins by any means necessary but his whole "ghetto Mayweather" thing doesn't seem to be a routine but more like a reality. A classy champion with truly superior and extraordinary skills usually does not have to resort to such cheap tactics to assure a victory. His treatment of Merchant in the interview was just ridiculous and low. Merchant didn't ask the guy any disrespectful questions to deserve such a foul and disrespectful response.

you arent the only one... Ortiz cheated us

Absolutely.

Floyd was on his way to not only a masterful performance but he was obviously going for and was going to get a KO.

He was answering all his critics tonight with that performance and that shit Ortiz pulled robbed us of a great fight.

Now already people are saying Mayweather was dirty. Buk, who hates Floyd, already came into a thread saying Mayweather was dirty and only fighting people he knows he can beat:smh:

Again I hate Floyd and his shit outside the ring but in the ring duke is brilliant and you have to give it up for him. Anything else is simply hating.

Re: if i was 5o yrs younger i'd kick ur ass

Yeah because the haters are disappointed Mayweather wasn't the one knocked the fuck out. These kats would have been happy then a mutherfucker had Ortiz been the one throwing them punches. They would be the ones says:

Protect yourself at all times. The hate is built up in these dudes strong.
:smh:

Re: if i was 5o yrs younger i'd kick ur ass

No...the headbutt was wrong.......

However...However....

I said this tonight.....Mike Tyson before he went to jail....if that would have happened to him....

I think he would have just beat his ass during the fight in the ring.....

In other words...Floyd is so good...that he doesn t need to do shit like that.....

So..what did you think of Merchants response?

Again I ask how, after the ref tells both fighters to fight, is throwing a punch after that classless, wrong, illegal, etc. just because the other fighter doesn't listen to the ref?

lets ignore the headbutt

Basically.
