can tell from your posts that u don't know sheit about how a movie gets green lit and made. and after u make it comes the distribution. then the marketing. then the promoting, etc.
and let's say a $30 million film paid for by black folks gets made with nuthin but black dollars. how do you plan to have it shown and get a chance to recoup your investment? black folks don't own nationwide distribution companies. there are THOUSANDS of film production companies in existance. only a few studios. why u think you see the same studios showing different films in all the theaters around the country? they got that sheit on LOCK. film distribution in theater chains is on LOCK.
only a dumb fuk would sugget that black folks risk their own personal wealth by making films. white folks don't do that sheit. studio exes don't use their own money. they use THE COMPANY'S money. and where do the company's get their loot? big bank loans and lines of credit.
