Manny will fight Bradley next. You see how much Aruum protects Cotto... Bradley has to be next in line.

You won't see Marquez in the ring with Pac again until JMM is in his 40's and it will be at 154.

I know man...but I was saying it in round 8 they were going to take this shit from Marquez... Marquez was winning rounds but they were close enough that judges could steal them away...you knew it was coming man... because it happens every time they fight....and one judged actually had it 116-112 for pacman and that was AFTER giving the 12th round to Marquez..... It's not that Manny is protected, the money is protected. The Floyd fight is LITERALLY the fight of this century. People can talk about Lennox/Tyson or Floyd/Oscar but in both those fights someone was on the downside. This fight is being billed as able to "save" boxing. This is the kind of fight that brings in casual viewers, the kind of fight that even your grandma knows who's fighting and that money was not going to be messed up.

I mean shit look at Felix Sturm vs. Oscar. He beat the shit out of Oscar, but he didn't lose because the Hopkins fight was already made....too much money. The only way the Money fights are broken up is by KO, then there's nothing to be done.

I think sometimes we get caught up in the announcers opinions of the fight combined with our pre-fight expectations. When you expect A to blow out B but they don't you tend to think B is winning even if they aren't.

Manny didn't dominate because he fought a poor fight plan. He fought basically the same fight as he did the first two fights. He failed to move to his right, didn't anticipate counters, didn't start making adjustments with his movement (in and out) to neutralize Marquez's counterpunching until the last four rounds or so.

Even if we suspend reality and accept all of this as fact, it still does NOT account for the judge who had Manny winning by a landslide. Either way, it was a bullshit decision and travesty.

Bullshit eewwll, its clear that the winner of that fight was predetermined. We can make all the "he shoulda..." arguments we want in attempt to justify or explain the decision. The fact remains that the scorecards- especially one- was complete nonsense. Marquez going balls out the entire last round would have done nothing to secure his victory.

JMM should have known these judges would rob him again, but even with that he won the fight.

It seems like a normal thing on BGOL. George Foreman said it best, "Always look for a boxer to win most of the time over a brawler".

Boxer abilities

-Use the jab to stay away from series of punches..

-Use the jab for defense and offense.

-Use the jab to set up other punches.

-Able to use footwork to move from violent attacks- perfect example=ALI

-Ability to throw more than two or more jabs at a time

-Example of great boxers who could do this was ALI, Ray leonard, Ray robinson, Tommy Hearns, Floyd, Larry Holmes etc

Manny is a brawlers and never fought a pure boxer with a fast jab and counter punching skills. He has no range attacks (Jabs) that makes it hard for him to damage a pure boxer, unless he get close. He fought only two brothas, an old Shane and one at a time jabbing ass Clottey. The reason why I pick those two boxers is because real boxing fans know and understand that African-Americans boxers tend to fight differently from mexicans or any other non-black fighters. They are more distinct and slick fighters that use more of the jab and defense to destory their opponents. If manny would he fought more African-Americans fighter earlier in his career, he would have been exposed a long time ago, for not being able to fight an opponent that moves to his left side in the middle of the ring :smh:

Look at the reaction in this thread and throughout the internet at various sights they saw the same shit I saw.

Matter of fact watch the UK feed of the fight posted here, listen to what Freddie Roach was saying to his fighter as early as the 7th round, listen to the commentators including Manny's stable mate Amir Khan trying their hardest to give the fight to Manny only to finally have to concede he lost, with his co-commentator giving Marquez credit for a virtuoso performance.

Look at the body language at the end of the fight where Manny, a usually animated fighter after fights, went to his corner without raising his hands, dropped to his knees and prayed. No one in his corner told him he won the fight or congratulated him, they just simply consoled him.

Listen to the majority of the crowd booing angrily at the decision.

No "experts" are going to tell me what I saw. I've been a big boxing fan since a child, I know the sport, know the rules, know how to judge and look at a fight to determine a winner and I can say without even a tiny bit of doubt that Manny Pacquiao not only lost tonight but he got schooled and exposed.

And to be clear I'm not one of these Floyd Mayweather/ Manny Pacquiao stans that flood the board. I'm not saying this because of some hatred for Manny or getting caught up in that silly Floyd vs. Manny bullshit. I could give a fuck about either of them but truth is the truth.
