I have to agree here, I mean this whole thing has set a precedent now for this board. I recall reading above somewhere someone calling someone a small dick having niggah, so is this now a slanderous, defaming act if in real life the niggah is packin 10.5 inches? Two parts to the suit. 1. Was she defamed? 2. If the answer to one is yes, then what amount of money would compensate her for the defamation of her character?
The question real business people ask is not whether they can file a suit, cause they all know they can; but, what is the chance that they will recover more money in damages than it cost to prosecute the suit.
Now there are some people who sue for the principle of the thing, lawyers love them cause outcome doesn't matter, but those muhfuckas better have a lot of money and not mind wasting it. You're talking about the kind of person who does not mind spending 15,000 to make 2000. Not many of them around.
